Lead wire wired to the wire, an insulator provided through the lead wire immediately after the heater connection terminal of the lead wire, and a wire-shaped support formed by bending along the flow of the lead wire immediately after the insulator, and this wire-shaped support. The lead wire and the wire-like support are connected together at a plurality of places, and are held together by being inserted into gaps formed on both sides of the cut-down portion provided near the foot of the support.

The support is made of a metal rod having a length of about m, and its feet are formed at both ends of a cut-out portion 10 where two cuts are made in a part of the heater cover 4 on the bottom surface 9 of the heating chamber and the cuts are narrowed. It is inserted in the gap. The necessary number of the support members 8 are bound together with the lead wires 3 with a tape 11 or the like, and the center of the support member 8 is held by the lead wire holder 6. A terminal for connection of the lead wire 3 is fastened to a terminal of the heater 2 with a screw, and an insulator 12 is passed between the terminal for connection and the support 8 until it is bound to the terminal.
As shown in FIG. 2, the lead wire 3 is a high temperature portion, a heater cover 4, a metal end face 5 having burrs, and a louver for ventilation.
I try not to hit 13. With such a configuration, the fixing tool is not required because the foot of the support member 8 is cut and inserted into the gaps formed at both ends of the narrowed portion 10, and a hole is not formed in the bottom of the heating chamber, so that assembling is facilitated. In addition, the variation in length from the connection terminal of the lead wire to the binding position with the support 8 due to the co-rotation generated when the connection terminal of the lead wire 3 is fastened to the terminal of the heater 2 with a screw can be absorbed. No unnecessary stress is applied to the substrate.
