状記録媒体に記録する電子スチルカメラにおいて、 前記カメラ本体の把持部側に設けられた、前記カード状
記録媒体の挿入口と、 カメラ本体の光軸と直交する方向に沿って設けられ、前
記挿入口より挿入されたカード状記録媒体を、カメラ本
体内に保持するためのカード収納室と、 前記カード状記録媒体の挿入口を開閉するように自己の
開位置と閉位置との間で変位可能に設けられ、前記カー
ド状記録媒体が前記カード収納室に挿入された後に前記
閉位置に変位したとき、前記カード状記録媒体後縁部に
接触しない状態に配置可能にされた蓋と、 前記カード収納室にあって接点基板に配設され、前記カ
ード状記録媒体が前記カード収納室に収納された状態で
該カード状記録媒体の表面に設けられた接点群に弾性的
に接触し、この接点群を通してカード状記録媒体とカメ
ラ本体の相互間で電気信号の授受を行う接点ばねと、 を備えたことを特徴とする電子スチルカメラ。
