The present invention relates to an admixture for a gypsum-based adhesive for a gypsum molded product, and more particularly to an adhesive for a gypsum lathboard using hemihydrate gypsum as a main raw material. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a gypsum-based adhesive admixture for gypsum molded articles, which significantly reduces kneading water and improves adhesive strength to a substrate.

Generally, the adhesive with gypsum lathboard as the adherend is a mixture of water-soluble polymer and hardening retarder with gypsum hemihydrate as the main raw material. Yes, high-rise buildings require labor to transport the mixing water. In addition, the self-weight of the adhesive is large, so that it has poor adhesion to the base material such as veneer, slate, metal, glass, and the like, and its use is limited. As a countermeasure for this, blending of a dispersing agent or lightweight aggregate has been studied for the purpose of reducing kneading water and reducing the specific gravity of the adhesive, but no effective method has been found.

In order to solve the above-mentioned object, the present inventors have added various dispersants and surfactants to a gypsum molded article adhesive composition, that is, an aqueous system such as gypsum hemihydrate and a water-soluble polymer. They have found that a mixture of a melamine formaldehyde condensate having an acid group and an alkali alkyl sulfate is extremely effective, and have completed the present invention.
