In addition, since the approach of the train is manually checked, an oversight sometimes occurs, so that a warning is delayed, which may cause a serious danger to an operator.

A method is conceivable in which the signal is transmitted as a train passing signal by radio waves, received by an alarm transmitting device at a track maintenance work site, and the worker is notified of the approach of the train. In this case, the alarm issued by the alarm transmission device may be generated based on a train passing signal from each signal transmission device within a certain range from the alarm transmission device,
It is sufficient that only each of the signal transmission devices is to be monitored.

If the emission of the radio wave is left to the user, the chance of emitting the radio wave of the signal transmission device being monitored is reduced, and the communication efficiency is reduced.

Each signal transmission device within a range capable of receiving the radio wave detects the designated signal,
If the own signal is not included in the designation signal, emission of the radio wave is stopped thereafter, and if the own signal is included, the train passing signal or the like is transmitted thereafter by the radio wave.

This confirmation is performed when the alarm transmission device 1 transmits an initial signal, all the signal transmission devices that have received the initial signal transmit response signals including their own addresses, and the alarm transmission device receives the response signal. It can be executed by extracting the address from the response signal and knowing the corresponding signal transmitting device. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 5 denotes a wireless transmission range, and the alarm transmitting device 1 can communicate with the signal transmitting devices 3b, 3c, 3d, and 3e within the range.

Then, the address is input to the alarm transmission device 1. The alarm transmitting device 1 writes and registers each input address in a memory (FIG. 2, step), generates a designation signal including each of the addresses and its own address, and transmits it to the signal transmitting device (FIG. 2, FIG. Steps). FIG. 5 shows an example of a message format of the designation signal. Each address, its own address, an identifier indicating the designation signal, and other necessary information are contained in an information portion. Signal transmitting devices 3b, 3c,
When receiving the radio wave from the alarm transmitting device 1, 3d and 3e check whether or not their information is included in the information portion of the designated signal (steps in FIG. 3). When the own address is included, it is determined that the address is specified as the monitoring target of the alarm transmission device 1, and the address of the alarm transmission device included in the information portion of the designated signal is taken out, written into the memory and registered ( FIG. Thereafter, the signal transmission device transmits a train passing signal until the designation is released,
Alternatively, predetermined information is transmitted in response to a request from the registered alarm transmission device.
