Operation method and on the bottom of the sintered pallet and / or
Alternatively, the applicant has filed a Japanese Patent Application No. 1-1113353 for a technique for improving productivity by improving the ventilation of the lower layer using a sintered pallet provided with a convex support on the inner wall of the pallet. (FIG. 4) (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When the operation is performed by a conventional sintering pallet having a convex support 7 provided on the bottom surface of the sintering pallet 4 according to the conventional technique shown in FIG. When the sinter cake 18 is detached from the sintering pallet, the convex support 7 is easily damaged when the sinter cake 18 is detached from the sintering pallet. There are operational problems such as large sinters and bedrock spills.

The pin 8 and the plate-like arm 13 are fixed to the lower part by a square member. The weight 5 has a sufficient weight to follow the tilt of the convex support 7 and to stand upright, and is connected by a chain 6 to an arm 13 located at the lower end of the convex support 7.

It is erect again. The lower part of the charging chute 15 is buried in the raw material 18 to be charged in an upright state, and supports the sintered cake 12 formed on the upper part of the convex support member 7 in the course of ignition and firing. To act so that no load is applied.

Maintained vertically. Next, the convex support 7 approaching the crushing guide 17 is tilted and stored in the space between the special great bars 10, passes through, and returns to the mineral supply side while hanging downward on the return side.
