[Related Art] In recent years, the degree of integration of semiconductor elements has been improved in electronics, particularly in the field of semiconductors. Such a highly integrated semiconductor device is manufactured in a clean room or the like, and the cleanness of the clean room is required to be higher in proportion to the higher integration of the semiconductor device. One of the important factors in maintaining a clean room with high cleanliness is to prevent dust generation from workers in the clean room. One of the dust generated by the worker is the dust generated from the dust-proof clothing worn by the worker, and the other is generated by the worker's body and underwear worn by the worker. Dust that is transmitted through the dust-proof garment, and dust that is generated from the worker's body and underwear worn by the worker, is the dust that is transmitted through the garment. It is known that there are three types of leaked dust that leaks from the above.

Conventionally, in such a dust-proof garment, a long fiber of synthetic fiber having no free end of the fiber is often used, and the dust generation of the garment is low.

However, as described above, a fabric having a high density or a coating treatment has a drawback that air permeability is reduced. Furthermore, when wearing a dustproof garment made of such a low-permeability cloth, when the worker exercises, air leaks from the garment opening due to fluctuations in air pressure in the garment (this phenomenon is called a pumping effect). Increases leakage dust.

As a method of solving such a problem, a method of reducing the number of openings of clothes or tightening the openings is used. For example, a method of strongly tightening a cuff or the like using a rubber string is most often used. When the clothing opening is tightened in this manner, uneven wrinkles are formed in the tightened portion, dust easily accumulates in the recess, the accumulated dust drops off during work, and the cleaning effect at the time of clean washing. In addition to lowering the pressure, there is a problem that the feeling of pressure, particularly in the tightened portion, is too strong. On the other hand, a method of using an elastic knitted fabric for a collar or the like is often used. However, the knitted fabric has large irregularities on the surface of the fabric as compared to the woven fabric, and has a large tissue clearance, so that dust easily adheres to the knitted fabric, and has the same problem as described above. Although there is an object using a processed material or the like, this material has a problem that the air permeability is very small and a portion in close contact with the skin is stuffy and the feeling of wearing is poor. It is easily conceivable to use stretchable woven fabrics using polyurethane-based elastic yarns, but polyurethane-based elastic yarns can only be dyed at low temperatures because of their poor heat resistance.
Generally, it is used in combination with a nylon yarn which can be dyed at a low temperature. Such stretchable woven fabrics, both polyurethane and nylon, have poor chemical resistance (especially acids) and are not suitable for use as dustproof garments for clean rooms in the manufacture of semiconductor devices that use a large amount of chemicals.

Further, as another method, for example, a dust proof garment provided with a fan and a power supply for reducing the air pressure inside the garment to a negative pressure has been proposed (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-33806). However, the dust-proof garment to which the above-described device is attached becomes a garment sacrificing workability and comfort, and is not what the present inventors intend.

As another method, it has been proposed to attach an electret sheet to a clothing opening (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 155318/1986). However, this method also has a large pressure fluctuation in the clothes and a large air flow rate flowing out of the clothes opening, so that the effect is small. In addition, it is troublesome to carry out the electret processing of the fiber or the fabric, and the cost increases. There was a disadvantage.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the stretchable fabric and the non-stretchable fabric are joined (sewn, adhered, fused, and the like) to have the same joint line dimension, but the present invention is not limited to this. If there is a dimensional difference between the joints, the longer woven fabric will have uneven wrinkles (also called gathers) at the joints, and dust will adhere and accumulate easily, reducing the dustproof effect and reducing the cleaning effect. Yes, the effects of the present invention cannot be achieved. The dimension referred to here is a dimension in a state where little tension is applied to the woven fabric, does not include a dimensional difference caused by a slight tension applied at the time of joining, and a dimensional difference of about 5% is allowable in the present invention.

As shown in Table 1, the dust proof garment of Example 1 of the present invention has a good air-tightness in the garment, and has little wrinkling during the wearing operation because there are few wrinkles at the joints. ,
It is excellent in dustproofness, and has excellent wearing feeling without pressure on the cuffs, collar and hem. Since the dustproof garment of Example 2 has wrinkles at the joints, the dust generation of the material is slightly more than the dustproof garment of Example 1, but the feeling of wearing is good. Comparative Example 1 has cuffs, collars,
Since the knitted fabric is used for the hem portion, the dust generated during the wearing operation is large, and the material dust is also large, resulting in poor dustproofness. The dustproof garment of Comparative Example 2 has wrinkles at the joints and is inferior in dustproofness, and has a feeling of oppression and a poor feeling of wearing because it is fastened with a rubber string.
