加熱用ヒータ6面に付着し、これが剥離して底面にスケ
ール片として沈む。蒸発槽1の下部には排水口2が設け
られており、排水口2には排水管9が接続されており、
排水管9には水路の開閉が可能なように排水用電動弁1
0が設けられている。このとき上記スケールがそのまま
排水管9に流れた場合、排水管9を詰まらせたり、排水
用電動弁10の不良となるため、蒸発槽1の排水口2の
上方にフィルター3を設けてある。このフィルター3は

りミキシングの状態が影響を受けないようにするため給
水の一次側には定流量弁を設けてある。上記のような条
件を満たす位置としては、実験的に図1において、Hが
50mmで、Lが60mmが適当である。また定流量値
を3リットル/minとすると、給水管11の内径は1
