装置と操作装置および座席を囲い込むキャビンとを左右
に並設し、これら穀稈移送装置とキャビンとの後側に、
刈取穀稈を脱穀処理する脱穀部と旋回及び起伏回動操作
可能な放出筒を備えるグレンタンクとを左右に並設して
構成している。 【0003】このように構成する乗用型コンバインにお
いては、機体の前側に設ける刈取部で刈取られ、穀稈移
送装置によって脱穀部へ送り込まれつつある刈取穀稈の
移送状態を、キャビン内に乗り込んでいる操縦者がその
キャビンの中から監視できるようにするために、キャビ
ンの側方に穀稈移送装置を配置するものである。そし
て、例えば、実願昭55−177833号(実開昭57
−98985号)のマイクロフィルムに開示されている
ように、キャビンの内部において、座席の前方に配置さ
れる運転操作系の操作装置を、座席の側方に配置される
運転操作系の操作装置より高い位置に配置した構成のも

通し、油圧シリンダ等の駆動装置により、この放出筒を
旋回及び起伏回動可能に構成するものである。尚、前記
油圧シリンダ等の駆動装置は、キャビン内の座席の近傍
に配置する操作装置の操作によって作動するよう連繋し
ている。 【0005】そして、前記キャビンは、機体前方側及び
側方側に、夫々、透明窓を有する構成である。尚、本発
明出願前公知の、実願昭56−193554号(実開昭
58−96727号)のマイクロフィルムには、キャビ
ンの内部において、座席の前方及び側方に複数の操作装
置を配置した構成が開示されている。また、実開昭60
−147241号公報、実開昭58−18449号公報
には、放出筒操作用の操作装置を、座席後方に配置する
構成が開示されている。また、本発明に対して先願の実
願昭60−66108号(実開昭61−182228
号)のマイクロフィルムには、複数の操作装置を、座席
の前方及び側方において高さを違えて配置した構成が記
載されている。 【0006】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】乗用型コンバインにお
いて、キャビン内における操作装置の配置は、座席に着
座した操縦者にとって、作業能率の向上、誤操作の防止
の点で極めて重要な要素である。しかして、前述の従来
技術のように、座席の前方に設ける運転操作系の操作装
置があまり高い位置に配置されると、この操作装置によ
って操縦者の前方視界を阻害し、キャビンの前方下方に
位置する刈取部の作業状態を監視しにくくなり、作業能
率の低下を来す。 【0007】また、キャビン内に搭乗した操縦者が、放
出筒を旋回及び起伏回動操作しようとする場合、この放
出筒の位置を正確に確認しながら操作することが、作業
能率の点だけでなく、安全性の点からも重要である。し
かして、前述の従来技術において、放出筒操作用の操作
装置座席の近傍に配置されただけのものでは、キャビ
ン内から後方の放出筒を監視しながら操作する際に、そ
の操作性良好なものとはならない。 【0008】そして、放出筒操作用の操作装置、座席
の近傍に配置されただけのものでは、操縦者がこれに不
用意に触れて誤操作を招き、事故の発生や装置の破損を
来す畏れがある。 【0009】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、上述の如き課
題を解決するために、以下のような技術的手段を講じ
る。即ち、走行装置10・10を備える機体1の前側に
刈取部2を設け、該刈取部2後方における機体1前部
に、刈取穀稈を後送する穀稈移送装置3と操作装置50
・50aおよび座席51を囲い込むキャビン5とを左右
に並設し、これら穀稈移送装置3とキャビン5との後側
に、刈取穀稈を脱穀処理する脱穀部4と旋回及び起伏回
動操作可能な放出筒81を備えるグレンタンク7とを左
右に並設して構成する乗用型コンバインにおいて、前記
座席51の前方に設ける運転操作系の操作装置50と、
前記座席51の側方に設ける運転操作系の操作装置50
と、前記座席51の後部側方に設ける放出筒81操作用
の操作装置50aとを、この順に、より高い位置となる
べく配置し、且つ、前記放出筒81操作用の操作装置5
0aを前記キャビン5後部の窓52の放出筒支持部材S
側下方に配置したことを特徴とする乗用型コンバインの
構成としたものである。 【0010】この構成により、座席51の前方に設ける
運転操作系の操作装置50が低い位置に配置されている
ために、この操作装置50によって操縦者の前方視界を
阻害することが少なく、キャビン5の前方下方に位置す
る刈取部2の作業状態を監視し易くなる。また、キャビ
ン5に並設する穀稈移送装置3は、比較的高い位置に設
けられるため、座席51の側方に設ける運転操作系の操
作装置50を、座席51の前方に設ける運転操作系の操
作装置50より高い位置に配置しても、この操作装置5
0によって操縦者の側方視界を阻害することが少なく、
キャビン5の側方に位置する穀稈移送装置3の作業状態

縦者にとっては、自ずと、後側方に位置するものとな
る。これによって、操縦者がこの操作装置50aに不用
意に触れることが少なく、誤操作が少なくなることで、
放出筒81の不用意な旋回または起伏回動を減少させら
ることとなる。 【0012】 【発明の効果】この発明においては、走行装置10・1
0を備える機体1の前側に刈取部2を設け、該刈取部2
後方における機体1前部に、刈取穀稈を後送する穀稈移
送装置3と操作装置50・50aおよび座席51を囲い
込むキャビン5とを左右に並設し、これら穀稈移送装置
3とキャビン5との後側に、刈取穀稈を脱穀処理する脱
穀部4と旋回及び起伏回動操作可能な放出筒81を備え
るグレンタンク7とを左 右に並設して構成する乗用型コ
ンバインにおいて、前記座席51の前方に設ける運転操
作系の操作装置50と、前記座席51の側方に設ける運
転操作系の操作装置50と、前記座席51の後部側方に
設ける放出筒81操作用の操作装置50aとを、この順
に、より高い位置となるべく配置し、且つ、前記放出筒
81操作用の操作装置50aを前記キャビン5後部の窓
52の放出筒支持部材S側下方に配置したことを特徴と
する乗用型コンバインとしたので、操縦者が、キャビン
5の前方下方に位置する刈取部2の作業状態を監視し易
くなることにより、作業能率向上させることができ
る。 【0013】また、操縦者が、座席51の側方に設ける
運転操作系の操作装置50を片手で容易に操作でき、機
体1の運転操作性向上させることができる。また、操
縦者が、放出筒81を比較的楽な姿勢で旋回ないし起伏
回動操作できることにより、放出筒81の操作性向上
させることができる。また、操縦者の誤操作による放出
筒81の不用意な旋回または起伏回動が少なくなること
で、事故の発生や装置の破損を減少させることができ、
安全性を向上させることができる。 【0014】 【発明の実施の形態】次に実施の形態を図面に従い詳述
する。第1図は本発明を実施せる乗用型コンバインAの
正面図で、同図において、1はクロ−ラに形成してある
左右の走行装置10・10により自在に走行する機体、
2は収穫すべき穀稈を刈取るようその機体1の前端に装
架せる刈取部、3は刈取部2で刈取った穀稈を後送する
穀稈移送装置、4は穀稈移送装置3で後送されてくる刈
取穀稈を受継いで脱穀処理するよう機体1に装架した脱
穀部、5は機体1を運転操作する操作装置50…(第3
図)および座席51を取り囲むよう機体1に装架せるキ
ャビン、6はキャビン5の後方に装架せるエンジンル−
ム、7はそのエンジンル−ム6の後方に前記脱穀部4と
左右に並列するよう配位して機体1に装架せるグレンタ
ンク、8はそのグレンタンク7内に貯留せる穀粒を機外
に取出すようそのグレンタンク7の後面側に装設せる揚
穀機、9は脱穀部4にて脱穀処理した穀稈(排藁)を切
截処理するよう機体1の後端に装架した排藁処理装置を
示す。 【0015】刈取部2は、機体1に上下に回動するよう
設けた刈取フレ−ムに、刈取る条列の穀稈を分草する分
草体20…と、分草した穀稈を引起す穀稈引起装置21
…と、引起した穀稈の株際を刈取るバリカン型の刈刃装
置22と、刈取った穀稈を刈刃装置22の刈巾の方向に
左右から横移送して刈巾の中間部位に集める横移送装置

ぐように配位して機体1に装架してある。前記操作装置
50…および座席51は、刈取部2の後方における機体
1の前端部で前記穀稈移送装置3の側方に位置する左半

せるキャビン5は、それらを取り囲む箱状の剛体に形成
せるキャビンフレ−ム5aを機体1に支架せしめること
で、前記穀稈移送装置3と左右に並列するように機体1
の前端部の左半側に装架してあり、そのキャビンフレ−
ム5aには、前面側の構成フレ−ムおよび後面側の構成
フレ−ムならびに穀稈移送装置3側の構成フレ−ムには
それぞれ透明体により塞がれた窓52…が装設してあ
り、機体1の外側に向う構成フレ−ムには窓を具備する
開閉自在のドア53が装設してある。また、該キャビン
フレ−ム5aには、それの脱穀部4側の上端側に寄る部
位に、後方に突出する小形の箱状の部位5bが一体に連
続して形成してあって、この部位5bの内腔を、揚穀機
8の放出筒81の旋回作動および起伏回動を制御する操
作装置50a…を操作するスペ−スに利用するようにし
てある。 【0019】そして、該キャビン5は、それの後面側の
構成フレ−ムから後方に小形の箱状に突出する部位5b
が、第2図に示している如く、脱穀部4の前端側の該キ
ャビン5寄りの部位zの上方に被さるように脱穀部4側
に寄せ、これにより該キャビン5の後面側の脱穀部4に
寄る部位に、その脱穀部4の機枠4aの前端部のキャビ
ン5寄りの部位が第1図にあるよう正面側から見てラッ
プする状態位置に装架してある。 【0020】エンジンル−ム6は、それの前面側の機壁
がキャビン5の後壁を共用するようにキャビン5の後面
側に装設してあり、内部にはエンジンおよび伝動機構が
配設される。グレンタンク7は、キャビン5の後方に前
記脱穀部4と左右に並列するよう機体1に装架され、そ
れの脱穀部4側の機壁の上部に装設せる受入口が脱穀部
4の一番揚穀機の吐出口に接続し、後面側の底部に装設
せる排出口は揚穀機8の受入口に接続連通している。 【0021】揚穀機8は、軸線方向を上下方向とした揚
穀筒80内に送穀用のオ−ガ−を同軸に配位して収蔵軸
架せる通常のもので、その揚穀筒80の上端には、内部
に送穀用のオ−ガ−を同軸に配位して収蔵軸架した水平
方向の放出筒81の基端部が、支点軸82中心に上下に
回動自在に接続連通させてある。そしてその放出筒81
には、前記支点軸82を中心として該放出筒81と一体
に回動するよう取付けた昇降回動機枠83と、その昇降
回動機枠83と前述の揚穀筒80との間に渡架せる油圧
シリンダ装置84とにより構成される昇降作動機構wが
組付けてあって、油圧装置の制御弁の制御による前記油
圧シリンダ装置84の伸縮作動によって行なわれる該昇
降作動機構wの作動で、支点軸82中心に起伏回動し、
また、該放出筒81の基端が接続連通する前述の揚穀筒
80が、それの軸心線を回動軸線として自在に回転する
ようにしてあり、それに連繋した別の油圧シリンダ装置
(図示していない)の作動でこの揚穀筒80を回転させ
ることにより、該放出筒81が首振り旋回するようにな
っている。そして、この揚穀機8の放出筒81を起伏回
動させる油圧シリンダ装置84と首振り旋回させる油圧
シリンダ装置の作動の制御を、前述したキャビン5の後
面側に設けた突出フレ−ム5bの内腔に配設した操作装
