It requires time and effort to manufacture. Also, if the one roof panel 1 is slightly inclined with respect to the other roof panel 2 due to a construction error or the like, rainwater or the like may enter the back of the cabin from between the cutout portion 15 and the overhang portion 16. become. Even in the joint structure as shown in the second example, the width dimension of the eye panel 19 and the width dimension of each of the step portions 18a and 18b must exactly coincide with each other. By pulling the lower end of the piece downward, the elastic piece is forcibly elastically deformed downward, and the pressing piece can be pulled down. In addition, since the lower end of the elevating piece is bent and fixed along the lower surface of the other roof panel, the work of connecting the pair of roof panels can be performed from below these roof panels. In addition, since the lifting piece can be bent at a vertical position corresponding to the lower surface of the other roof panel, no gap is opened between the lower end of the lifting piece and the lower surface of the other roof panel.

When the elastic piece is elastically deformed, the mounting piece receives the reaction force of the elastic piece and moves inward of the joint end face of one roof panel. For this reason, the elevating piece falls straight down along the joint end face of one roof panel without being pressed toward the other roof panel side by the reaction force of the elastic piece.

The base material 6 is attached so as to be able to advance and retreat inside the one other joining surface 1a. The packing material 11 is formed by shaping a foamed resin into a square rod shape extending over the entire region of the watertight fitting 3 in the longitudinal direction. The elevating piece 12 forms an elongated hole 12b extending in the vertical direction, and is attached to one joint end surface 1a of the one roof panel 1 so as to be vertically movable by a nail b penetrating the elongated hole 12b. . The lower end 1
A hook hole 12c is formed in 2a, and a mark 12d is provided on the surface of the lower end portion 12a by giving a color different from that of the pair of roof panels 1 and 2.

First, as shown in FIG. 4, the one roof panel 1 is installed at a predetermined position, and then, the pressing piece 14 of the overhang metal fitting 4 together with the other roof panel 2 from directly above one joint end surface 1 a. Descend. Then, by placing the pressing piece 14 on the packing material 11 of the watertight fitting 3, as shown in FIG.
Is elastically deformed downward, the entire elevating piece 12 descends, and the lower end portion 12a projects below the other roof panel 2.

Therefore, the elevating piece 12 is not pressed in a direction away from the one joint end face 1a by the reaction force of the elastic piece 12. Therefore, the lifting piece 1
The frictional resistance between the elevating piece 12 and the nail b can be minimized when the 2 descends.

Can be. Further, since the shape of the support piece 10 of the watertight fitting 3 and the shape of the pressing piece 14 of the overhang fitting 4 are respectively downwardly grooved, the supporting piece 10 and the pressing piece 14 are completely pressed by the load of the other roof panel 2. By pulling downward, the elastic piece 9 is forcibly elastically deformed downward, whereby the upper surface of the pressing piece 14 can be flush with the one roof panel 1. Therefore, it is not necessary for an operator or the like to climb on the pair of roof panels 1 and 2 installed on the hut assembly, so that the construction can be performed safely.

The other roof panel 2 is bent along the lower surface of the rectangular frame 5. In this case, the lifting piece 12 can be bent at a vertical position corresponding to the lower surface of the rectangular frame 5 of the other roof panel 2, so that the lower end portion 12 of the lifting piece 12 can be bent.
A gap does not open between a and the lower surface of the rectangular frame 5 of the other roof panel 2. For this reason, regardless of the thickness dimension of the other roof panel 2, the pair of roof panels 1, 2
Can be reliably connected. Finally, the nail d is inserted into the hook hole 12c.
And the lower end portion 12a of the elevating piece 12 is fixed to the other roof panel 2 by striking the lower surface of the rectangular frame 5 of the other roof panel 2.

Since the pressing piece can be pulled down by being elastically deformed, it is not necessary to press the other roof panel from above. In addition, since the lower end of the elevating piece is bent and fixed along the lower surface of the other roof panel, the work of connecting the pair of roof panels can be performed from below these roof panels. Therefore, there is no need for the worker or the like to climb the hut as in the related art, and the construction can be performed safely. Further, a scaffold for the worker to work at a high place is not required, and the number of construction steps can be greatly reduced.

Since it moves inward of the joint end face of the panel, the elevating piece is not pressed in a direction away from the joint end face of one roof panel by the reaction force of the elastic piece. For this reason, the frictional resistance when the elevating piece descends can be minimized.

の接合構造。1. A pair of roof panels arranged with a gap between the joining end faces of each other, a mounting piece attached to an upper edge of the joining end face of one of the roof panels, and a mounting piece of the mounting piece. An elastic piece that rises inclining from the upper surface to above the joint end face of the one roof panel, a packing material provided on the upper surface of the tip of the elastic piece, and the one roof that hangs down from the tip of the elastic piece. A lifting piece that is attached to the panel so as to be able to move up and down along the joining end face, and a pressing piece that protrudes from an upper edge of the joining end face of the other roof panel, wherein the packing material is pressed by the pressing piece. By elastically deforming the elastic piece downward, the lower end of the lifting piece is projected from the lower surface of the other roof panel, and the lower end of the lifting piece is folded along the lower surface of the other roof panel. Bent and fixed Bonding structure for the roof panel, characterized.
