(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 窓の縦枠に組み込まれてその縦方向に沿
って上下動する縦長の駆動杆と、該駆動杆に連結手段で
取付けられた可動取付座と、窓障子の縦框の上端に固着
されかつその上方の延出部が上記可動取付座に横方向の
第1枢軸で枢着されるヒンジアームと、窓の縦枠に上記
ヒンジアームの下方位置にて固着される固定取付座と、
上記ヒンジアームに横方向の第2枢軸で枢着される一端
と上記固定取付座に横方向の第3枢軸で枢着される他端
を有する支持アームと、駆動杆で動作されて窓障子を引
寄せる手段と、駆動杆を上下動させるクランクハンドル
を具備し、上記駆動杆の上下動に従って窓障子を上下さ
せながら該窓障子の第1枢軸を回転中心として開閉させ
るものであって、上記連結手段はヒンジアームの第1枢
軸と、駆動杆に直接または間接に設けられて第1枢軸に
相対的に摺動可能に嵌合してこの第1枢軸を上下方向に
案内する縦長の案内孔と、上記駆動杆に直接または間接
に設けられたストッパーと、上記可動取付座に設けられ
て上記ストッパーと係合することにより可動取付座を駆
動杆と一体的に上下動させると共に可動取付座をストッ
パーとの係合位置に保持するストッパー受けで構成さ
れ、この連結手段で、窓障子を閉位置から開く際の可動
取付座の降下開始が駆動杆の降下開始に対して遅れて、
引寄せ手段による窓障子の引寄せを窓障子を開く前に解
除させ、窓障子を閉じる際の可動取付座の上昇が窓障子
の閉位置にて停止後も駆動杆の上昇が継続して、引寄せ
手段の引寄せを窓障子を閉じた後に動作させ、また可動
取付座はヒンジアームとの間にばねが設けられ、このば
ねでストッパー受けがストッパーに係合する方向に常時
揺動するように付勢され、可動取付座はまた上記ばねに
抗して閉位置方向へ揺動するヒンジアームでストッパー
受けがストッパーから外れる方向に揺動されるように構
成された窓障子用控え装置。
