【発明の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、アナログ時計の時
計部材固定において、特にねじを用いなくともよい時計
部材固定構造に関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、アナログ時計の時計部材固定構造
は、ねじにより固定する方法が一般的であった。 【0003】又、ねじを全く用いない固定構造として
は、熱カシメのみによる固定方法が知られていた。 【0004】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、従来のねじに
よる時計部材固定構造は以下の問題点を有していた。 【0005】(1)ねじ及びねじピンを必要とするため
部品点数の増加によるコストアップ要因となっていた。 【0006】(2)組立におけるねじ締めトルク管理が
安定しないため、締め付けトルクが低かった時のねじユ
ルミ、又、高すぎた時のねじ折れ、ねじ頭欠け等の品質
問題があった。 【0007】(3)時計機枠がプラスチック材等の低強
度材より成る場合、ねじピン打ち込みによる時計機枠の
割れ、又、ねじピン打ち込みにより常時ストレスが加わ
るために経時変化による時計機枠の割れ、又、ねじピン
の固定力の低下等、品質上からも、又アフターサービス
上からも問題点を有していた。 【0008】又、熱カシメ固定のみの場合には、全くア
フターサービスができず、製品の商品価値を損なうとい
った、大きな問題点をも有していた。 【0009】そこで本発明は、従来のこのような問題点
を解決するため、時計機枠である地板と押え部材に挟持
した時計部品を、ねじを用いなくともよいアナログ時計
の固定構造により、部品の削減、低コスト化の成された
時計体の実現を図り、かつ、品質の信頼性の高い時計体
を得ることを目的としている。 【0010】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記問題点を解決するた
めに、本発明のアナログ時計の固定構造は、輪列、モー
タ、切換部材、回路部材等より成る時計構成部材と、時
計機枠と、時計構成部材を時計機枠との間に保持固定す
る押え部材より成るものであって、押え部材は、時計機
枠に設けられた被係合部と係合する複数の係合部と、時
計構成部材を弾圧すると共に、時計機枠側に曲折可能に
構成された複数の弾性部とを有し、係合部と被係合部と
の係合、並びに弾性部による弾圧により、時計構成部材
を固定することを特徴とする.。 【0011】 【作用】上記のように構成されたアナログ時計の固定構
造は、弾性部を係合部と係合穴部の両方の近傍から概略
中間位置に配置したことにより、挟持部品の厚み公差を
吸収することが可能となりかつ、組み込み時、弾性部を
変位して組み込むことができ、組み込み性、及び作業性
の向上ができる。 【0012】又、挟持部材には常時一定の接触圧を得る
ことができ、品質の信頼性の高い時計の固定構造が実現
できるのである。 【0013】 【発明の実施の形態】以下に本発明の実施例を図面にも
とづいて説明する。図1に本発明の平面図、図2,図
3,図4にその要部断面図を示す。 【0014】1はプラスチック材より成る時計機枠であ
る地板で、後述する輪列、モータ、回路部材等の案内、
保持を行なう。地板は、外周部に凸部1−a,1−b,
1−c,1−dを有する。該凸部は後述する押え部材で
ある電池プラス端子の係合、引掛け部である。2,3,
4,5,6,7,8はそれぞれ、二番車,三番車,四番
車,五番車,ロータ,つづみ車,日の裏車である。9は
クラッチ板で地板に案内され、三番車下柄を案内する。
10はステータ、11は電池マイナス端子で何れも公知
の働きを行なう。12はプラスチック材より成る輪列受
で、前述した各部品を案内、保持する。13はコイルブ
ロックで、ステータと接触して後述する回路ブロックか
らの電気信号を磁気変換して前述したロータを回転させ
る。14は回路ブロックでMOS−ICチップ15、水
晶振動子16を装着、実装して、前述した電池マイナス
端子と接触して電気導通を図り、又、前述したコイルブ
ロックのコイルリード基板17と接触して電気信号を伝
える。 【0015】18は外部操作部材として機能する巻真で
ある。これまで述べてきた部品は何れも地板、及び輪列
受で案内、保持されるが固定手段は有していない。19
は、前述した全ての部材の押さえ及び固定を行ない、か
つ後述する機能を有する電池プラス端子である。 【0016】まず、部品の固定手段として機能する地板
凸部への係合、引掛け部19−a,19−b,19−
c,19−dを有する。 【0017】19−e,19−f,19−gは、各々弾
性部から成り、19−e部はステータとコイルブロッ
ク、19−f部は、ステータとコイルブロック及びコイ
ルリード基板と回路パターンの出力端子部、19−gは
水晶ケースの押さえを行なう。19−hは電池側面に接
触する電気接点弾性部である。19−iはプラス導通弾
性部で前述した回路ブロックパターンに接触し、プラス
電位を一定の接触圧により回路ブロックに導通する。1
9−jは前述した巻真と係合して巻真操作時の位置決め
及び切換操作感を発生させる弾性部である。 【0018】次にこの電池プラス端子の組み込みについ
て説明する。 【0019】電池プラス端子は地板案内軸1−e,1−
f,1−gにより案内され、地板凸部との係合部19−
a〜19−dが地板の凸部斜面に沿って組み込まれる。
地板と電池プラス端子に挟持される時計部品、及び電池
プラス端子係合部、曲げ高さのバラツキは、係合部近傍
に位置する弾性部により吸収する。 【0020】即ち電池プラス端子係合部を図2に示すA
寸法より治具等で余計に押し下げた状態(図2中矢印B
方向)で組み込むことにより、電池プラス端子係合部は
容易に地板凸部に案内される。そして治具等による押し
下げを解除すると、弾性部の弾性力により前述した部品
に一定の接触荷重を与えることができる。 【0021】電池プラス端子による固定構造は、ねじ及
びねじピンが不要となる他、金属部品による弾性部の接
触のため、接触圧は経時変化によっても一定であり、品
質の信頼性が高い。 【0022】又、プラスチック材から成る地板の凸部に
は、電池プラス端子の弾性部反力が常時加わり、経時変
化による変形、亀裂が懸念されるが、図よりも明らかな
様に、平面的、断面的に厚肉が容易に確保されるため、
従来の地板に設けたプラスチック軸の熱カシメによる強
度と比較して2倍以上の余裕が増す。 【0023】又、図2〜図4に示す通り、地板の案内軸
を熱カシメすることにより、電池プラス端子反力は地板
凸部と地板案内軸熱カシメ部で受けるため、更に強度確
保が図れ、品質の信頼性が増す。 【0024】アフターサービスが必要な場合は、プラス
チック熱カシメ部を切断することにより、部品の取り換
えは可能であり、機能上からは前述した通り、熱カシメ
をしなくても問題はないため、従来の熱カシメのみによ
る時計固定構造では、全くできないといった問題点も解
決できる。 【0025】以上のような実施例において、弾性部を係
合部と係合穴部の両方の近傍から概略中間位置に設けた
が、この弾性部は、機能上、接触荷重を必要とする位置
にあることはいうまでもなく、即ち、これらステータと
コイルブロック接触部及び水晶ケースと時計固定引掛け

時計の固定構造において、前記押え部材は複数の係合部
と前記時計構成部材を保持固定する複数の弾性部とを有
し、前記時計基枠外周部に前記係合部と係合する被係合
部を有することにより、部品の削減ができるとともに、
組立が容易にでき時計部品を確実に固定できる信頼性の
高い時計体を提供できるものである。
