[0005] Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the conventional wooden outfitting method, reduces the number of operations on the ship, improves the working environment, and reduces the need for skilled workers. In order to be able to manage parts, facilitate handling of components, shorten the construction period, etc., the same cabin configured in the hull accommodation area is assembled as a unit on the ground, and the unit cabin is assembled. Recently, a unit cabin construction method has been proposed in which the interior of a living quarter is installed after the cargo is sequentially carried into a ship through holes formed in an outer wall and an inner partition wall of the living quarter and installed therein.

In embodying the unit cabin method, one important issue is the restoration work of an internal partition having a hull structure. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, in the hull accommodation area, there is a portion using a partition wall b made of a corrugated panel to partition each section a, and the partition wall b is a deck large bone. A stiffener d made of a mold steel is provided at a position intersecting with the girder c. Therefore, if the opening provided in the partition wall b for loading the unit cabin e is closed after the unit cabin e is loaded and installed, and the partition b is to be restored, the partition b and the restoration plate f Butt welding along the welding line g between them, and butt welding along the welding line i between the stiffener d and the stiffener h attached to the recovery plate f.

However, due to the design of the living quarters, the space between the partition wall b for partitioning the section a and the unit cabin e carried in is narrow, so that the section a in which the unit cabin e is carried. Burning phenomenon due to welding occurs on existing members in the inside, so that touch-up painting work of existing members is necessary, and if butt welding is performed with welding line g, large distortion occurs, and furthermore, welding line Since i is a complicated steel shape shape and is located at a high place, there arises a problem that welding work is difficult.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, according to the present invention, a unit cabin is carried into a compartment of a hull occupied by a corrugated panel partition through an opening provided in the partition wall. After that, in the method of restoring the partition wall of the hull in which the opening is closed, a metal plate made of a thick plate is welded to upper and lower edges of the opening in advance, and a side edge of the opening is welded. A plate-shaped backing plate made of a thick plate is welded, and a recovery plate made of a corrugated panel is brought into contact with the backing plate from the front side of the unit cabin carrying direction. A method of restoring a partition wall in a hull habitation area by welding.

When the unit cabin is carried into the compartment through the opening in the partition wall, the opening in the partition wall between the compartment and the compartment in front thereof is closed. In this case, if the recovery plate is welded on one side from the front side of the compartment using each pad attached to the peripheral portion of the opening, the influence of heat due to welding will not be given directly to the surrounding plate material, and the unit The problem of burning of existing members in the compartment into which the cabin is carried can be eliminated.

As shown in FIG. 4, each section 2 of the hull accommodation area 1
The unit cabin 3 assembled on the ground so as to unitize one or two rooms in the above through a hole 5 formed in the outer wall 4 of the living quarter and an opening 7 provided in a partition wall 6 made of a corrugated panel for partitioning each section 2. Deck 8 of section 2 on the back side
When the unit cabin 3 is carried in and installed on the deck 8 of the section 2 on the rear side in a state where it is carried above, the partition wall 6 provided with the opening 7 is restored. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, in a stage before the unit cabin 3 is carried into the back section 2, the partition plate and the stiffener remain after the opening 7 is provided (see FIG. 5). A beam 9 composed of a web 9a and a face 9b is provided on the lower surface of the deck 8 located on the upper side.
The beam 9 and the deck girder 10 are attached so as to be orthogonal to the deck girder 10 which is a deck large bone.
Attach the bracket 11 at the intersection with. Next, a metal plate 12a made of a corrugated panel made of a thick plate is welded to the lower surface of the beam 9 and the surface of the lower deck 8, respectively, to form upper and lower edges of the opening 7, and a flat plate made of a thick plate. The metal plate 12b is welded to the side wall (partition wall) 14 to form a side edge of the opening 7. After the unit cabin 3 is carried into the compartment 2 on the back side and installed, a recovery plate 13 made of a corrugated panel serving as a partition wall is arranged at the position of the opening 7 from the side of the compartment 2 on the front side where the unit cabin 3 is not carried in. Then, it is brought into contact with each of the pads 12a and 12b. In this state, one side of the periphery of the recovery plate 13 is welded from the front section 2 to each of the backing plates 12a and 12b. In addition, the recovery plate 13
In this case, a partition wall 6 made of a corrugated panel, which is cut and removed by a fry plate method, is adopted.

In the present invention, since the backing plates 12a and 12b are previously attached to the periphery of the opening 7 provided in the partition wall 6, and the restoring plate 13 is welded to these backing plates 12a and 12b. It is not necessary to perform the butt welding of the recovery plate and the steel stiffener, and the welding work is easy. At this time, the recovery plate 13 is welded from the side of the unit cabin 3 where the unit cabin 3 is not carried in.
Since the welding is not performed from the side of the back section 2 into which the sheet is carried, there is no fear that the existing member in the back section 2 may be scorched, so that the touch-up painting work due to the phenomenon can be eliminated. . In addition, the heat of welding is
The presence of a and 12b does not directly affect the surrounding plate material, and since the abutments 12a and 12b are made of a thick plate and made of the same corrugated panel as the partition wall 6, the distortion generated on the plate is greater than that caused by butt welding. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the volume of the partition wall and to easily perform the whole restoration work of the partition wall.

As described above, according to the method for restoring a partition in a hull habitation area according to the present invention, a corrugated panel made of a thick plate is formed on upper and lower edges of an opening provided in a corrugated panel partition wall in a hull habitation area. Plates made of thick plates are attached to the side edges of the openings in advance, and a recovery plate is welded to these plates from one side where the unit cabin is not loaded. So that the heat of welding can hardly be affected by the surrounding plate material, the occurrence of distortion can be reduced as compared with the case of butt welding, and the existing members in the section into which the unit cabin is carried are burnt. This can prevent the phenomenon from occurring, which can eliminate the need for touch-up painting work, and can eliminate the need for installation and welding work of steel stiffeners, making it easier to perform the entire restoration work. Can, thereby can contribute to the realization of the unit cabin construction method, there is exhibited an excellent effect that.
