圧爪と、上記ホルダ内に枢軸を介して揺動可能に枢着さ
れ、上端をホルダより上方に突出させると共に、下端
に、上記押圧爪の下端部とホルダのリング保持部との間
で径方向外側に出没可能なL字形状の押込部を形成した
押込軸と、上記押込軸の上端突出部と係合して押込軸を
揺動させる揺動機構と、上記ホルダを軸回り方向に回転
させる回転機構とで構成し、上記装置本体の下降動作に
関連して、ホルダのリング保持部に係止保持された弾性
リングを、テーパガイドのテーパ孔に、このテーパ孔と
の摺接により付勢力に抗して閉方向に回動する押圧爪で
下方へ押圧可能に、かつ、押込軸の押込部で径方向外側
に押出可能に受け渡すことを特徴とする弾性リングの組
