Conventionally, as this type of hot water supply device, when the amount of hot water is excessively reduced, it is determined whether or not the burner has been digested and the set value of the tapping temperature is corrected downward (for example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. -161351).

Vessel 1
A hot water temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of hot water from the hot water and a water temperature sensor 5 for detecting an amount of water supplied to the hot water supply heat exchange 1 determine an ignition water amount and a digestion water amount to be an on / off signal for combustion and stop of the burner 2 based on the water flow amount. I do. Reference numeral 6 denotes a feed water temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of feed water to the hot water supply heat exchanger 1. Reference numeral 7 denotes a feedback control of the detected temperature of the hot water temperature sensor 4 to adjust the combustion amount so as to eliminate a deviation from the set temperature set by the temperature setting device 8. This is hot water temperature control means for adjusting the fuel in the heater 3, and the control side is a known feedback control using PID. 9 is a tap water temperature correction control means for correcting the set hot water temperature in accordance with the water temperature detected by the water temperature sensor 6, and 10 is an instantaneous water heater having the above-described configuration, and a hot water mixing tap of a hot water terminal via a hot water pipe 11.
Connect to 12. The hot water mixer tap 12 is connected to the hot water pipe 11 and the water pipe 13 and adjusts the temperature according to the intended use.

Assuming hot water usage in ordinary households, use of showers in washrooms, kitchens, and baths is 37
℃-43 ℃ is the main operating temperature range.
湯水混合式は {(給湯温度×給水量)+(湯温度×湯量)} =(混合出湯温×混合出湯量) で表わされる。The hot and cold water mixing system is represented by {(hot water temperature x hot water supply amount) + (hot water temperature x hot water volume)} = (mixed hot water temperature x mixed hot water volume).

If the temperature is set to a value of 70 ° C when the temperature of the instantaneous water heater is fixed at a value of 70 ° C when the temperature is set at about 37 ° C, which is lukewarm, the amount of hot water discharged from the water heater is reduced to about 1.3 / minute, which may cause digestion. Although the amount of digested water depends on the minimum combustion performance of the water heater, it is currently about 2 / min or more.

Figure 3 is an illustration of its control characteristics, water on the horizontal axis the temperature T i, the moment on the vertical axis and taking the hot water Q L out and the set temperature T s of the water heater, when fixing the set temperature T s Although the hot water amount Q L would Shitamawa' digestion water Qoff as shown in solid lines, hot water Q L is digested water Qoff out with correcting the set temperature T s of the instantaneous water heater according to the water temperature T i as indicated by a broken line Can be avoided.
This correction may be proportional to the feed water temperature T i or may be a threshold value correction.

The high-temperature mode switch 8b is selected only when a high hot water temperature is absolutely necessary. The high temperature mode is about 70 ° C, and the automatic correction mode is 70 ° C to 50 ° C.
