ンと同軸で前後に摺動し得る可動ピンと筒状部品が嵌合
する穴を設け、前記可動ピンを可動金型前面より突出さ
せたことを特徴とする。

定ピン3に仮挿着し、反対面の吸着具11により可動金型
4に残っている成形品12を吸着して取り出す。次いでロ
ボットのフィンガー10が型の間から移動し、前記の如く
閉型して射出成形が行われる。可動ピンをスプリングに
より突出する代りにシリンダー又はメカニカル機構によ
り行ってもよい。

可動ピンと筒状部品が嵌合する穴を設け、前記可動ピン
を可動金型前面より突出させているので、筒状部品は内
側から形状を強制されて正規の形状に復元された状態
で、可動ピンの摺動によりガイドされて孔へ挿入される
ので筒状部品に傷がつくことはない。筒状部品を挿入ピ
ンへ挿入してから後、型締めによって固定ピンから可動
ピンへ筒状部品を受け渡し孔へ挿入するのは成形機によ
る型締め動作によって行われるので、筒状部品は固定ピ
ンへラフに挿入すれば良く、人の手の感触に頼ることな
く挿入でき、スピーディに挿入できるので高生産性が有
り、挿入する人の個人差による生産量の差が少い。又、
一度固定ピンへ筒状部品を仮挿入してから型締めで可動
ピンに受け渡すことで変形の大きい筒状部品でも固定ピ
ンで仮に強制して次いで可動ピンで正規に強制すること
で挿入可能となる。更に可動ピンと固定ピンを対峙して
配設してあるので連続成形時に型開きした際、可動ピン
に筒状部品が残り固定ピンは筒状部品挿入可能な状態に
あるから、筒状部品を取り出してから後筒状部品を挿入
する必要がなく、型開きしてすぐ固定ピンへ筒状部品が
挿入できるので、成形時間短縮となり非常に有益であ
り、ロボット化もしやすいという利点を有する。
