2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the treatment of industrial waste and sludge, a flocculant for effectively separating water and solids, taking out washing water and separating solid wastes. Has been used. As these flocculants, those composed of various component compositions have been known so far, and representative examples thereof include acrylamide-based polymer coagulants and sodium acrylate-based flocculants. Are known. Also, as the inorganic type, an alumina / silica type is known. However, in the case of the coagulants known hitherto, their dehydration and coagulation effects are not always satisfactory, and the coagulation speed is slow, and there is a drawback that the separation of water and solids is not sufficient. Further, in the case of the conventional coagulant, there is a problem that when the solid content separated from water is brought into contact with water again, the solid content is dispersed in a colloidal state and the coagulated state is destroyed. Therefore, as a solution to such a conventional drawback, realization of a new flocculant which has a remarkable flocculation / separation effect and does not destroy the flocculated state of the separated solid content by water is desired. I was The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a flocculant which is excellent in the flocculation / separation effect as described above and also has a favorable flocculation and fixation effect of solids.

According to the present invention, faster aggregation and more efficient separation of water and solids can be realized by using the above composition. Further, the separated solid does not easily redisperse even when it comes into contact with moisture. That is, an excellent fixing action is realized. The action of each component will be described in detail below. Polyvalent aluminum ion is generated by polyaluminum chloride hydration reaction,
It acts as an effective charge neutralizing ion and neutralizes and adsorbs the colloidal particles in charge, thereby exhibiting an aggregation effect. Aggregation, sedimentation, and hydrophobic (dehydration) oxide ions are generated by the ferric sulfate and ferric polysulfate hydration reaction. In particular, it has a fast sedimentation property, and is very important for removing heavy metals, hexane, etc., reducing COD and BOD, and deodorizing effects. Simultaneously, sulfuric acid is generated, and in order to stop the reaction, magnesium, sodium, potassium or the like is added as a neutralizing agent. The sodium sulfate hydrates to form a hydroxide, which produces an ionic surfactant with coagulation, neutralizes the charge of the particles, and completely hydrophobizes the particles. Becomes thin, and the particles are attracted to each other to become large particles.
It also acts to neutralize sulfate ions. The magnesium chloride becomes a hydroxide by hydration reaction, an ionic surfactant is generated together with the coagulation action, neutralizes the charge of the particles, completely hydrophobizes the particles, and the thickness of the colloidal charge double layer is reduced by the action of hydroxide salt. The particles become thinner and attract each other to become larger particles.
It also acts to neutralize sulfate ions. It enhances the activity of each ion from the ion exchange capacity of silicate aluminosilicate, zeolite, etc., prevents the harmful effects of acidic ions, alkali ions, etc. and optimizes the transparency of the supernatant water. Salts such as sodium and potassium aluminates generate aluminum hydroxide by a hydration reaction, neutralize sulfuric acid, and increase the cohesive force of aluminum oxide and the interaction effect. Used as a dissolving agent for various sulfuric acid chemicals. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples. Of course, the present invention is not limited by the following embodiments.
