As shown in (a) and (b), a grid power supply wiring layer (hereinafter, referred to as a power supply wiring layer) 2 is formed of Ag or Al on a glass substrate 1, and an insulating layer 3 containing a glass component is formed. A through hole for contact 4 and a graphite electrode layer (hereinafter, referred to as an electrode layer) 5 are sequentially formed by coating, and a grid support 6 is fixed to a conductive material on the insulating layer 3 including the through hole 4 on which the electrode layer 5 is formed. The grid was fixed with a paste 7 containing a binder (hereinafter referred to as a conductive material paste), and the grid was fixed after firing.

Alternatively, it is formed of Al. Next, an insulating layer 3 containing a glass component is formed on the glass substrate 1 including the power supply wiring layer 2, and a through hole 4 for contact is formed on the power supply wiring layer 2. Next, a porous layer 8 of the same component and the same material as the electrode layer 5 is provided in the through hole 4 in a U-shape on both sides of the electrode layer 5 on the insulating layer 3 simultaneously with the electrode layer 5.
