があった。However, in such a structure, even if a fire-resistant and heat-insulating material 5a such as a rock wool board is interposed on the lower surface of the top surface 1a, the metal rafter main body 4a is made of metal. The so-called heat bridge is generated between the two by directly touching the roofing material 7a, the heat conduction between the two is performed well, and the metal rafter main body 4a is connected to the metal roofing material 7a.
Similarly, the temperature drops to the outdoor temperature, and warm air from behind the ceiling comes into contact with the dew condensation on the inner surface side of the metal rafter main body 4a. Moreover, the laying sheathing plate 6a from the top of the head of the fastener 8a such as a nail, a gap S 1 is caused to correspond to the height of the head, further, the side end surface of the side wall portion 2a and the sheathing roof board 6a is the clearance S 2 is generated also between. Such gaps S 1 , S
From 2, the hot air behind the ceiling leaks to the lower surface side of the metal roofing material 7a, and dew condensation also occurs on the back surface of the metal roofing material 7a. Such dew drops on the ceiling or penetrates into the fire-resistant and heat-insulating material 5a such as a rock wool board.
It greatly reduces the insulation function. In particular, there is a problem that the flame from above the ceiling passes directly through the gaps S 1 and S 2 and directly heats the roofing material 7a, thereby greatly reducing the fire resistance of the roof.

ある。[Action] Oite to claim 1, airtight material 10 having elasticity in the outer surface of the metal rafter body 4 is attached, the metal surface of the metal rafter body 4 is exposed to the indoor side, the fire from the indoor side In addition, the airtight material 10 having elasticity is interposed between the top surface 1 of the metal rafter A and the metal roofing material 7 so that a heat bridge between them can be avoided, and the temperature of the metal rafter main body 4 decreases. Can be avoided, and dew condensation can be prevented from occurring on the inner surface of the metal rafter main body 4 exposed behind the ceiling. Moreover, although the metal rafter A is fixed to the purlin 9 by the fixing tool 8 being hit on the fixing piece 3, the head of the fixing tool 8 bites into the elastic airtight material 10 and only the head protrudes high. Therefore, the field plate 6 can be placed on the fixing piece 3 without any gap, and the side end surface of the field plate 6 is pressed against the elastic airtight material 10 of the side wall 2. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of a gap at this position. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a gap from being formed between the metal rafter A and the ground board 6 in the entire length of the metal rafter A, and it is possible to prevent the warm air behind the ceiling from leaking to the lower surface of the metal roofing material 7 due to the gap. , To avoid the occurrence of condensation,
In this way, in roofing, the airtightness is improved and dew condensation is prevented satisfactorily while maintaining sufficient fireproof specifications.

Shows a partial sectional view of the roof. The metal rafter main body 4 is formed by rolling a metal plate into a hat-shaped cross section, and has an elastic airtight material 10 attached to the entire surface thereof. That is, the metal rafter main body 4 has the side walls 2, 2 hanging down from both side ends of the top surface 1, and the fixing piece 3 extending substantially horizontally outward from the lower end of the side wall 2, forming a hat-shaped cross section. It was formed. A metal rafter A is constituted by a series of elastic airtight materials 10 attached to the top surface portion 1, the side wall portion 2 and the outer surface of the fixing piece 3 of the metal rafter main body 4. This airtight material 10
In a specification that does not require high fire resistance in a normal roof, a polyethylene foam having a thickness of 4 to 10 mm is attached. In the specification where sufficient fire resistance is required as the airtight material 10, an inorganic high filler 5 having elasticity and heat insulation is attached.

The fixing tool 8 is hit on the piece 3, and the metal rafter A is fixed to the purlin 9. A field board 6 is disposed between adjacent metal rafters A. The field base plate 6 is made of wood wool cement or wood chip cement, but may be made of another material, as long as it has a heat insulation and fire resistance function. The metal roofing material 7 is laid on the base plate 6 and the metal rafter A, and the metal roofing material 7 is fixed to the top surface 1 of the metal rafter A with the fixture 8. The construction form of such a metal roofing material 7 can be variously changed in design.

That is, the temperature of the metal rafter main body 4 is prevented from lowering, and the formation of dew on the inner surface side of the metal rafter main body 4 is avoided. By the way, although the fixing tool 8 is hit on the fixing piece 3 and the metal rafter A is fixed to the purlin 9, the head of the fixing tool 8 bites into the elastic airtight material 10 and only the head protrudes high. Therefore, the base plate 6 can be placed on the fixing piece 3 without any gap, and the airtight material 10 having elasticity on the side wall portion 2 can be provided.
Thus, the side end surface of the base plate 6 can be pressed into contact with the base plate 6, and a gap is also prevented from being formed at this position. In this way, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of a gap between the metal rafter A and the ground plate 6 over the entire length of the metal rafter A, to avoid the occurrence of dew condensation due to the gap, and to allow the flame behind the ceiling to pass directly through the gap. This avoids heating the metal roofing material 7.

防止を良好におこなうことができるという利点がある。According to the first aspect of the present invention, the side wall portion is suspended from both side ends of the top surface portion, and the fixing piece is extended outward from the lower end of the side wall portion to form a metal rafter main body. is attached airtight material having elasticity to the entire surface is a metal rafter
It is composed and nailed in the fixing piece and the metal rafter is purlin
, And a ground board is arranged between adjacent metal rafters,
The side end surface of the base plate elastically contacts the airtight material on the side wall and
The lower surface of the base plate elastically contacts the airtight material on the fixed piece,
Metal roofing material is laid on the genus rafters and the top of the metal rafters
Since the metal roofing material is fixed with the fixture , an airtight material is interposed between the top surface of the metal rafter and the metal roofing material, it is possible to avoid a heat bridge between the two, and the temperature of the metal rafter body decreases. Can be avoided, and dew condensation can be prevented from occurring on the inner surface side of the metal rafter main body. Moreover, although the metal rafter is fixed to the purlin by the fixing piece being hit on the fixing piece, the head of the fixing metal has elasticity. It is possible to suppress that only the head protrudes high by digging into the airtight material having, so that the field board can be placed on the fixing piece without any gap, and the airtight material having elasticity on the side wall portion. It is possible to press the side end surface of the field board, and it is possible to avoid the occurrence of a gap also at this point, and therefore, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of a gap between the metal rafter and the field board in the entire length of the metal rafter. Due to the gap It is possible to avoid the occurrence of dew condensation, and to prevent the flames behind the ceiling from directly heating the metal roofing material through the gaps. This has the advantage that it is possible to enhance the sound insulation, to enhance the sound insulation, and to favorably prevent dew condensation.
