A support rod 102 is provided at the upper end of a telescopic column 101 erected on a cart 100.
A light 104 is mounted via a mounting member such as a mounting frame 103, the light 104 is connected to a generator 105 mounted on the trolley 100, and a handle 106 raised at the rear of the trolley 100 is pressed to move the trolley 100 to the generator 105. There is also known a projector configured to move to an arbitrary location together with the telescopic strut 101, extend a telescopic support 101, turn on a light 104, and project light to a required location. Telescopic strut 10
1 is to vertically slide at least one (two in the illustrated example) middle tube columns 101b and 101c whose inner diameters are sequentially reduced with respect to the base tube column 101a fixed vertically to the carriage 100. As far as possible, the middle tube post 10 is inserted into each of the tube posts 101a to 101c.
1b, 101c is provided with an elevating mechanism (not shown) that slides up and down.
It has a well-known structure in which the column 101 is extended at the time of use to position the light 104 at a desired height, and the column 101 is contracted at the time of non-use. At the upper end of the telescopic strut 101, that is, at the upper end of the uppermost middle tubular column 101c, a supporting rod 102 is attached and supported along the width direction of the bogie 1 and a predetermined number of the supporting rods 102, here two attaching frames 103 And fix each mounting frame 103
The light 104 is rotatably mounted on the camera, and the light 104 is rotated in a predetermined direction by a manual operation of an operator so that the light projection angle can be adjusted arbitrarily.

After setting, the telescopic strut 101 is extended to project light to a required place. However, since the setting of the light projecting angle largely depends on the empirical rules and intuition of the operator, the telescopic strut 10 is required.
1 is often displaced when the light is projected, and the column 101 is usually extended to a height of about 3 to 5 m.
If it is misaligned, retract the column 101 again and
It is necessary to adjust the light projection angle by rotating 4.

The angle adjustment mechanism operates to automatically rotate the support rod within a predetermined rotation range, and accordingly, the inclination angle of the support rod changes and the light projection angle of the light changes. Therefore, if the drive of the drive motor is stopped appropriately, the light projection angle from the light is fixed at an appropriate position for illuminating the light projection location.

The tilt angle of the mounting frame changes by automatically rotating between the tilt position closest to the pedestal at the upper end of the column and the tilt position farthest away from the pedestal , and the light projection angle of the light changes accordingly. Therefore, if the drive of the drive motor is stopped appropriately, the light projection angle from the light is fixed at an appropriate position for illuminating the light projection location. Further, when the support rod is in the inclined position closest to the pedestal at the upper end of the support, there is a gap between the support rod and the upper end of the support to such an extent that there is no danger of the operator's hand or finger being caught. Therefore, even if the worker places his / her hand on the upper end of the column and the drive motor is driven in that state to rotate the support rod,
There is no danger that the worker will get his hands, fingers, etc. caught between the support rod and the pedestal at the upper end of the support.

来る。When the support rod 12 is in the inclined position closest to the pedestal 9, the above-mentioned gap S 1 is secured between the support rod 12 and the pedestal 9. Even if the operator places his / her hand on the pedestal 9 in a state where is contracted, and the drive motor 15 is driven in that state, there is a possibility that the operator may get a hand, a finger or the like between the support rod 12 and the pedestal 9. There is no. As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, the first rotating plate 17 and the second rotating plate 18 are eccentrically rotated in a direction in which the outer peripheral edges of the two rotating plates 17 and 18 are always separated from each other. Even if a hand, a finger or the like is placed around the plates 17 and 18 and the drive motor 15 is driven in that state, both rotating plates 1
There is no fear that a hand, a finger or the like will be pinched between 7 and 18. Also,
Since the gear mechanism 16 is housed in the box 21, even if the operator places his / her hand, finger, etc. around the motor 15, the drive motor 15 is driven in that state, the hand, finger, etc., are moved by the worm 16a, the worm gear 16b, and the like. There is no risk of damage. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately adjust the light projection angles of the lights 3 and 3 in the extended state of the column 2 and to provide a light projector with high safety.

In addition, the telescopic strut is not limited to the three-stage structure as described above, and it is needless to say that the telescopic strut can be adapted to a two-stage structure or a four-stage or more telescopic strut. The mounting member for mounting the light 3 on the upper end of the column 2, the angle adjusting mechanism of the mounting member, and the drive source are not limited to those described above in terms of structure, shape, etc., and do not depart from the scope of the present invention. It goes without saying that various modifications are possible.

By rotating the rod and stopping the rotation in a timely manner, the light projection angle from the light can be adjusted to an appropriate position. Therefore, since the post is extended after the operator sets the light projection angle arbitrarily based on empirical rules and intuition, the light projecting part is often shifted, and it is necessary to contract the post and readjust it again. The present invention has provided a novel light projector that is easier to operate and can obtain an appropriate light projection angle as compared with a conventional light projector.
