[0003] The lining reversing lining method in the above-mentioned repairing method will be described. As a preparatory stage before construction, first, a belt for guiding traction while inverting the lining tube along the pipeline is inserted into the lining tube. And a step of sealing the inside of the tube with an adhesive for attaching the lining tube to the inner surface of the pipe of the pipe to be repaired. Then, the traction belt is inserted into the pipeline, one end of the lining tube is folded back into one end opening of the pipeline and attached, and a blower or the like is further connected to the opening to apply pressure so that the lining tube is inverted. While pulling the traction belt, the lining tube is inverted and introduced into the pipe to be in contact with the inner surface of the pipe.

[0004] In the case of the above-mentioned reversing lining method, although the lining tube after being attached to the inside of the pipe has advantages such as excellent vibration resistance, there are many preparatory works before the construction, and the construction time is lengthened. There was a point. As a prior art for solving the above problems, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No.
No. 20411 discloses a pipe inner surface lining method. In this method, as shown in FIG. 3, an inserted mass c is introduced into the pipe through one end opening b of the construction pipe a, then the adhesive d flows in, and the inner surface of the lining tube e is turned outward to be inverted. In this state, the tube e is fixed to the opening b, and the tube e is pressed and pushed from the opening b side, and at the same time, the adhesive d and the inserted mass c are advanced to bring the tube e into contact with the inner surface of the tube. Thereby, the preparatory work before the construction such as the step of inserting the belt for traction guidance into the tube and the step of sealing the adhesive in the tube can be omitted, and the construction time can be shortened.

In the case of the prior art, since the lining tube is introduced into the tube only by pressurization, there is no problem with the straightness of the tube.
When the tube approaches a bent portion such as an elbow, the tube hits the inner wall surface, and the bent portion of the tube has poor progression. For this reason, there arises a problem that the tube is bent or the progress of the tube is stopped there, so that the liner tube cannot be properly attached to the inner surface of the tube.

Further, when there is a pipe joint such as a socket in the middle of the repair pipe, a step is formed on the inner surface of the pipe. When such a pipe is constructed by the above-mentioned prior art method, the step is inserted into the step. May get stuck. Furthermore, when the penetrating mass approaches the step, a gap is formed between the inner surface of the tube and the penetrating mass, and the adhesive flows out of the gap ahead of the penetrating mass, which causes a problem that a proper lining lining cannot be performed. . Furthermore, if the configuration is such that the insertion mass is towed in order to solve the above-described inconvenience, a pulling wire is inserted into the pipe, or a pulling device for pulling the wire is required, and equipment for construction is required. The problem that becomes large is derived.

Further, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional method, the adhesive d is pushed by the rear lining tube e while the tube is in contact with the inner surface of the tube, so that the adhesive layer between the inner surface of the tube and the lining tube becomes uneven. It tends to be. Therefore, as shown in the enlarged portion of FIG. 3, when the lining tube e is composed of only one plastic layer, the unevenness of the adhesive layer cannot be absorbed. As a result, the inner surface of the lining tube e after the in-tube attachment becomes uneven.

Further, since the leading pig 3 has an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the pipe line 1 and is formed of a sponge material having elasticity, the pig is compressed and introduced into the pipe 1 and shown in FIG. When approaching an unexpanded pipe expanding section, the pipe can be moved while maintaining the sealing performance by expanding the diameter. Thereby, the adhesive 5 is reliably prevented from flowing out ahead of the leading pig 3.

A negative pressure measuring and adjusting means 9 is provided on the side of the suction device P, and the pressure is measured at a pressure equal to or higher than the upper limit of a predetermined range while measuring the pressure (negative pressure) in the pipe on the suction side. If the pressure fluctuates below the lower limit of the predetermined range, the operation of the suction device is adjusted, so that the suction-side pipe pressure (negative pressure) is always maintained in the predetermined range.

As described above, the suction force is kept constant by keeping the suction side pipe pressure (negative pressure) within a predetermined range. Therefore, it is possible to correct the pressure fluctuation in the pipe which may occur when the flexible lined tube 6 is turned over due to a portion such as the pipe diameter expanding portion. With the constant traveling speed obtained with the constant suction force, various inconveniences in the construction caused by the pressure fluctuation in the pipe are eliminated.

[0023] The step of inserting a belt for pulling and guiding the lining tube while inverting the lining tube along the pipeline over the entire length of the lining tube and the pipe to be installed can be omitted. Prior to introducing the lining tube into the tube, the operation of sealing the adhesive in the tube can also be omitted. The leading pig, the adhesive and the lining tube are guided by the suction and move in the direction of travel, so that each of them has good progress, and even if it hits a bend, it passes smoothly, and the lining tube is smoothly inverted and the inner surface of the tube It is attached along. An adhesive coating layer of uniform thickness is formed on the inner surface of the tube,
Even if the lining tube is made of only one layer of plastic, the inner surface of the tube after the inside of the tube is smoothed. As a result, the required lining can be formed without using a two-layer lining tube (composed of a plastic layer and a fabric layer), which requires a high material cost, thereby reducing the repair cost. Therefore, the reversing lining construction for the existing pipeline can be performed efficiently and with high quality in a short time with simple equipment.

1. A method of repairing an existing pipeline in which a flexible lining tube is inverted and introduced into the pipeline from one end opening of the existing pipeline buried in the ground to abut on the inner surface of the pipeline. A required amount to introduce a leading pig having an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the existing pipe line from the one end opening of the existing pipe line and formed of a sponge material into the pipe line, and then applying it to the inner surface of the pipe line Is introduced into the pipeline so as to be located on the subsequent stage side of the leading pig, and a smoothing pig having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline is located in the latter stage of the adhesive. The suction tube and the negative pressure measuring and adjusting means are connected to the other end opening of the conduit, and the suction tube and the negative pressure measurement adjusting unit are connected to the other end opening of the conduit. A predetermined negative pressure is generated in the pipeline, and the leading pig, the adhesive, and the leveling pig are caused by the negative pressure. One to the other end of the line
A method for repairing an existing pipeline, wherein the lining tube, which is moved at a constant speed to form a uniform adhesive lining layer on the inner surface of the tube and then reversely introduced, is attached to the inner surface of the pipeline.
