(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 基準金型に1次または2次の覆せ金型を
順次対応させ、1次成形材料の射出後に1次成形品と前
記2次の覆せ金型との間に形成される2次キャビティに
容量の少ない反応硬化型液状2次成形材料を注入し、1
次成形品に2次成形品を複合化させて射出成形する異材
質複合射出成形装置において、前記2次成形材料の注入
を行う2次材料注入装置を、材料圧送部と、計量シリン
ダを有し該圧送部より圧送されてきた材料を計量し前記
2次キャビティに注入する注入部とを備えて構成し、少
なくとも、前記2次材料注入装置のうち前記注入部を、
前記2次の覆せ金型の内部あるいは外部に固定的に取付
けたことを特徴とする異材質複合射出成形装置。
