[0004] However, in the above-mentioned prior art, the pesticidal active ingredient has a poor floating rate on the water surface, or even if it floats, the spreading of the pesticide active ingredient on the water surface is poor, so that a sufficient control effect cannot be obtained. It is not always a satisfactory technology.

Heretofore, when a granule was sprayed on a paddy field, the floating rate of the pesticidal active ingredient on the water surface of the paddy field and the spreadability of the water surface after floating on the water surface were poor, and the control effect was poor. It may not be able to fully demonstrate. Also, in the case of herbicides, depending on the difference in the absorption site of the active ingredient, floating the herbicidal active ingredient on the surface water may show a higher effect, but the floating and spreading properties are still insufficient. It cannot be said that it has been improved.

In the present invention, the improvement of the floating rate of the pesticidal active ingredient on the surface of the rice paddy surface, the pesticidal active ingredient floating on the water surface spreads well on the water surface, and the more effective pest control and herbicidal effects are obtained. The aim is to develop new solid agricultural chemicals that can be used.

Means for Solving the Problems The present inventors have intensively studied to solve these problems. As a result, it is selected from fatty acid esters, mineral hydrocarbon oils or synthetic non-drying oils which are poorly water-soluble or water-insoluble and have a specific gravity of 1 or less even when the required amount of the pesticidal active ingredient is dissolved, and have a boiling point of 150. Dissolve the pesticide active ingredient in a high boiling point solvent
After mixing a nonionic surfactant with B of 8 or more, a water-soluble polymer compound and a mineral fine powder are mixed and adsorbed, and the pesticidal solid preparation obtained by granulation easily has the above-mentioned problems. Have been found, and the present invention has been completed.

[0013] The pesticidal activity of a poorly water-soluble or water-insoluble, high-boiling solvent such as a fatty acid ester, a mineral hydrocarbon oil or a synthetic non-drying oil having a specific gravity of less than 1 with a required amount of the pesticidal active ingredient dissolved therein. The components are dissolved, and the high-boiling solvent in this case acts to float the pesticidal active ingredient on the rice paddy water surface. The nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 8 or more acts to improve the floating rate of the solid pesticide formulation on the water surface of the rice field, and also acts to form a uniform oil film on the water surface of the rice field.

Test Example 1 Test of the floating rate of the pesticide active ingredient on the water surface
Petri dish of test φ9cm put 3 times hard water 110 ml (to the upper edge of the dish), the pesticide particle powder prepared in accordance with Examples 1-4, uniformly granule application the amount of 12mg corresponding pesticidally active ingredient. The petri dish is left in a dark room at 25 ° C. for 24 hours, and the oil floating on the water surface is overflowed to a large petri dish of 12.5 cm in diameter while gradually adding 40 ml of 3 degree hard water to collect oil. Next, the collected overflow water was transferred to a 100-ml volumetric flask, and the inside of the large petri dish was washed into the volumetric flask with 20 ml of acetonitrile. Further, 30 ml of acetonitrile was added. It was measured. The amount of floating of the pesticide active ingredient calculated from the measured value, and the concentration of the pesticide active ingredient when the total amount of the pesticide active ingredient in the test granules floated on the water surface of the petri dish were theoretically 120 p.
pm (12 mg / 100 ml), the water surface floating rate of the pesticide active ingredient from the pesticide granule was calculated.

The following effects are obtained by using the improved pesticidal solid preparation of the present invention. Compared with the conventional granules, the floating rate of the pesticidal active ingredient on the water surface of the paddy field and the water surface spreadability after floating on the water surface are remarkably improved, so that the control effect can be sufficiently exerted. As compared with the conventional method of spraying powders, wettable powders, sols, and the like on paddy fields, the adverse effects on the surroundings due to the scattering are dramatically reduced. The conventional techniques can be used as they are for the method for producing pesticide granules and the method for treating chemicals of the present invention.
