In the roof structure shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the heat insulating material 2 as a cushioning material is fixed to the upper surface of the base 1 with an adhesive. is there. That is, although the surface of the base portion 1 is formed flat, it is difficult to form a completely flat surface, and many microscopically uneven surfaces are formed. When the heat insulating material 2 is placed on the surface of the base 1 having the uneven surface as described above, the entire lower surface of the heat insulating material 2 does not come into contact with the base 1, but they are partially in contact with an interval. Polymerize in a so-called point contact state. Therefore, even if these are adhered with an adhesive, the adhesion surface cannot be secured sufficiently and if the negative pressure or the like is generated on the upper surface of the roof due to a strong wind or the like, the heat insulating material 2 is not formed.
However, there is an inconvenience that the flakes are peeled off from the base portion 1.

What is necessary is just to change suitably. In other words, at the eaves of the roof where the heat insulating material 2 is most likely to be peeled off by strong winds or the like, the crosspieces 5 are installed for each row of the heat insulating material 2 and the heat insulating material 2 at the corresponding location is firmly pressed to the base 1. On the other hand, a plurality of rows of heat insulating materials 2 may be pressed by a pair of crosspieces 5 near the top of the roof where peeling of the heat insulating material 2 is relatively unlikely to occur. In addition, even if the crosspiece 5 is not installed for each row of the heat insulating material 2, the heat insulating material 2 is not easily separated from the base 1. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, if the three rows of insulation materials 2 are installed so as to be pressed by a pair of timbers 5, each insulation material 2 in contact with each of the timbers 5 becomes the same.
The row of heat insulating materials that are pressed by the heat insulating material are sandwiched between the heat insulating materials pressed by the crosspieces 5, so that they are not easily separated from the base 1.
