Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a production method for continuously forming surface patterns of various fabrics on the surface of vinyl by utilizing thermoplasticity. That is, a cloth having a desired pattern is formed on the heated vinyl surface by pressing the cloth with a desired unevenness along an engraved roll having desired irregularities, thereby creating a cloth-like engraving pattern on the vinyl surface.

が現状であった。When the conventional method of pressing with an engraving roll is used, the cost for producing one engraving roll currently costs 500,000 to 1,000,000 yen.
In addition, since a pattern having an accuracy closer to a cloth is technically difficult, it has been necessary to commercialize the pattern with an insufficient shape.

In the present invention, a wide variety of patterns can be created by crossing an engraving roll with a cloth, and processing can be performed from a small number of samples, and the economy can be sufficiently maintained.・

Is transferred to the vinyl of (1). In this work, the pressure roll of (6) is replaced with an engraving roll with large irregularities, so that the surface with the cloth pattern of (5) and the irregular engraving pattern are added. You can get a pattern. After the transfer under pressure, the fabric is cooled by a cooling drum, and the fabric of (5) and the vinyl of (1) are separated and wound up, and the fabric is reused.

う。本発明に於いてはこれ等の問題はまず無い。The precision of the transfer pattern of the vinyl surface obtained according to the present invention is not the ratio of that obtained by the engraving roll, but a natural result as if it were the cloth itself. In the case of an engraving roll, the glossiness changes after a certain period of use, so that re-plating is required, and if it is damaged during the operation, there is an unexpected risk of repair or re-engraving. These problems are unlikely to occur in the present invention.
