2. Description of the Related Art When printing with an offset printing machine,
Foreign matter such as ink, paper powder, powder, and dust may adhere to the surface of the printing cylinder. Such foreign substances may degrade the quality of the printed matter, and in order to maintain high quality, the printing cylinder surface is occasionally washed during preparation for printing operation or during operation, and the above-described surface adhering to the surface is removed. Foreign matter must be removed. After the printing operation is completed, the surface of the printing cylinder must be completely cleaned in order to completely remove the attached ink. For this reason, cleaning methods such as a brush cleaning type, a nonwoven fabric wiping type and a cleaning head type have been adopted as conventional techniques. Among them, the cleaning head system has been disclosed by the present applicant in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-7741.
No. 2 has been published as an application, and further improvements have been made thereafter.
No. 21206 and Japanese Patent Application No. 5-54471.

[0003] The above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application No. 5-13381 is an invention having many advantages, and is extremely effective particularly when it is hardly soluble in a cleaning solution, for example, when UV ink is used. However, when used for ordinary inks and the like which are relatively soluble in the cleaning liquid, there is a problem that the exhaust amount is increased, the equipment cost is increased, the structure of the cleaning head is complicated, and the installation space is large.

Further, in order for the cleaning liquid to be uniformly distributed over the entire surface of the cleaning member, the interval between the supply pipes must be small, and the amount of the cleaning liquid needs to be reduced as much as possible due to cost considerations. In some cases, the supply pressure to the supply pipe is close to no pressure, and in this case, it is extremely difficult to make the amount of liquid injected from the supply pipe uniform over the entire surface. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to reduce the inner diameter of the supply pipe (for example, 0.2 mm or less).

According to the present invention, as compared with the conventional cleaning head type printing cylinder cleaning apparatus of a printing apparatus, it is structurally simple and does not require a large space, and the exhaust volume of the vacuum apparatus is small and the power consumption is small. And maintenance is easy. Therefore, it is suitable for application to a printing cylinder cleaning apparatus in which an installation space cannot be sufficiently obtained, and has an advantage that equipment costs can be reduced. Further, as compared with the conventional example, it is particularly effective for cleaning ordinary ink and the like which are easily dissolved in the cleaning liquid. Also, in the present invention, the nozzle hole having a small diameter can be easily formed in a short time, the installation is easy, the cost is low, and the supply pressure of the cleaning liquid is increased because an elastic member is used for the supply pipe. The supply amount can be adjusted by changing. In addition, depending on the viscosity of the cleaning liquid and the supply pressure to the cleaning pipe, if the supply of the cleaning liquid is stopped, the injection of the cleaning liquid from the nozzle holes also stops, but this is particularly effective when the supply of the cleaning liquid is intermittent. It is.
