たものを請求項2に係る発明とし、さらに、この発明に
おいて、最下層の弾性薄板の凸部を係合させる係合部を
ベースに配設しておくことにより、最下層の弾性薄板が
ベースに簡単に位置決めされるようにしたものを請求項
3に係る発明とするものである。
