Further, an ink roller 2 is rotatably arranged in the ink container 1. A plate cylinder 4 is disposed in partial contact with the ink roller 2 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The plate cylinder 4 is configured by sticking a cylindrical roller 4b and a plate 4a having a concave pattern on the cylindrical roller 4b.

When the printing apparatus starts rotating in the above-described configuration, the ink roller 2 in the ink container 1 rotates counterclockwise, for example, as indicated by an arrow, and the ink 7 rotates.
7 moves upward along the circumference of the ink roller 2 as shown in the side view of FIG. 7, and adheres to the surface of the plate 4a of the plate cylinder 4. Further, when rotated, the ink 7 is scraped off by the doctor blade 3. Since the plate 4a of the plate cylinder 4 is concave, the concave portion is filled with ink and excess ink on the surface is scraped off. Therefore, if the plate cylinder 4 is further rotated counterclockwise as shown by the arrow, the plate The ink-coated surface of the plate 4a of the cylinder 4 is transferred to the printing paper 5, and the pattern formed on the plate 4a is printed.

In order to form an adhesive layer 8 on the side opposite to the plate making surface of the plate 4a and form the plate cylinder 4, the winding start end 9 of the plate 4a formed in a substantially rectangular shape on the cylindrical roller 4b is positioned at a predetermined position. Is wound and adhered along the outer periphery of the cylindrical roller 4b, and the last wound end portion 10 overlaps the winding start end portion 9 so as to be adhered. A portion 11 is formed, and the overlap portion 11 protrudes outside the plate cylinder 4 by the thickness d of the plate 4a. Such an overlap portion 11 is necessary for firmly attaching the plate 4a to the outer periphery of the cylindrical roller 4b and preventing ink from adhering to the surface of the cylindrical roller 4b during printing.

The overlap cylinder 11 is formed so that the overlap start end 11a on the winding start end 9 and the winding end 10 are on the upper side. 7, the doctor blade 3 scrapes off the ink along the plate 4a in FIG. 7 and abuts on the overlap start end 11a of the overlap portion 11 so as to ride first. A movement is performed so as to drop by a step d corresponding to the thickness d of 4a. For this reason, there has been a problem that a sound that always pops out of the metal is generated, and that the ink is scattered at the step portion, and the surroundings are stained with the ink. Further, ink clumps and dust adhere to the stepped portion between the outer periphery of the plate 4a and the winding end portion 10. To remove these, the doctor blade 3 is swung in the axial direction of the plate cylinder 4 to forcibly remove the ink. I had to make convection.

It is an object of the present invention to eliminate scattering of ink generated in an overlap portion 11 and to move a doctor blade in the axial direction of a plate cylinder 4. An object of the present invention is to provide a plate cylinder device capable of removing a lump of ink and dust attached to a step portion without causing the plate cylinder device to remove the same.
