Description of the Related Art A skull at the end of a craniotomy operation is returned to an appropriate predetermined base position, and when suturing is performed, a cut skull (hereinafter referred to as a free bone flap) and a remaining skull (hereinafter referred to as a skull) The markings should be 5 so that the skulls
~ 6 places, air drill or electric drill with diameter 1 ~
A 2 mm small hole is made at both marking locations. A suture thread is passed through a small hole formed in the skull using a curved needle and a needle holder, and both ends are grasped and fixed with small forceps. Thereafter, one end of the thread is manually passed through the small hole on the free bone flap side. Then, after determining the absolute positions of the free bone flap and the skull, the suture is completed by tying the thread. In such a conventional method of fixing a bone flap, it takes time to pass the thread through the small holes of both the free bone flap and the skull,
Further, there is a problem that 5 to 6 forceps are concentrated around the free bone flap, and it is difficult to perform other operations. The purpose of the present invention is
An object of the present invention is to provide a bone valve fixation thread passer and holder needle that allows a thread to be gripped at the tip of a straight body, guides the thread, and facilitates fixation of the bone flap by the thread.

速に行うことができる。According to the constitution of the present invention, the thread is hooked on the thread gripping portion at one end of the needle, passed through the small hole on the skull side, and held at one end, then the needle is pulled back from the small hole. Next, the end of the thread held by the above-described action is hung on the thread holding portion at the other end of the needle. After this action is completed in all the small holes on the skull side, release the end of the thread held at one end of the needle and hold it with a finger, insert the needle through the small hole on the free bone flap side from the other end, and pass it. After the thread is passed through the small holes on the skull side and the free bone flap side, the thread is tied and the bone flap is reduced. According to the present invention,
Since a curved needle can be forcibly passed through a small hole drilled straight through the skull or the free bone flap and the operation of the needle holder that grips the needle is eliminated, the time required for threading the free bone flap and the skull can be reduced. In addition, the use of small forceps for temporary grasping of the thread, or the trouble of manually passing the other end of the thread through the small hole of the free bone flap again has been improved, and the operator and the nurse at the time of head closure have been improved. It can reduce physical and mental fatigue and shorten the operation time. In addition, since it is a straight needle, it can easily pass through a small hole, and its tip is dull (not sharp), so that it is safe without damaging the dura or finger. Preferably, the thread grasping portions at both ends of the main body can be distinguished from each other, so that the needle operation for threading the skull and the stoma of the free bone flap can be performed accurately and quickly.

The needle 1 is provided with a thread holding portion 3 formed at both ends of the main body 2, and the thread holding portion 3 has a groove 4 whose tip side is open, and a thread holding claw 5 is provided in the groove 4. . One of the thread grippers 3 will be described with reference to FIG. 3. The thread gripper 3 has a shape that spreads toward the tip of the main body 2 and has an opening (entrance) for threading at the end. Groove 4 is formed. Thread-holding claws 5 facing each other are provided on the entrance side of the groove 4, and a threading hole 6 is formed inside thereof.

In this state, since the thread gripping claw 5 is engaged with the thread 10, the needle 1 is fixed to the thread 10, that is, does not slip.
Further, the thread 10 is pushed in, passed through the thread gripping claw 5, and passed through the threading hole 6 (FIG. 4 (3)). In this state, the needle 1 can be freely slid and moved with respect to the thread 10.

5), the end A is passed through the small hole 21 on the side of the skull 20 (FIG. 5 (2)), Of the needle 1 is pulled back from the small hole 21 again (FIG. 5).
(3)). Thereafter, the needle 1 keeps holding the thread 10 and slides and moves the needle until the A end reaches the other end of the thread.
Then, at the other end of the needle at the thread gripping portion (hereinafter referred to as “B end”),
The end of the thread held by the above action is hooked (FIG. 5 (4)). As a result, both ends of the thread passed through the small hole on the skull side
Fully retained by the end and the B end. After this operation is completed in all the small holes on the skull side, the end of the thread held at the A-end of the needle is released and then held with a finger or forceps (FIG. 5).
(5)) The needle is inserted through the small hole 31 on the side of the free bone flap 30 from the end A (FIG. 5 (6)). This makes the thread skull 2

Penetrate through. One side of the held yarn is gripped by the end A of the needle (FIG. 5 (7)). Thus, both ends of the thread passing through the small holes on the skull side and the free bone flap side are completely held by the A end and the B end of the needle. After this operation is completed in all stomas, the thread is manually tied and bone reduction is completed.
