先端部を、プッシャー6によって、鋼管A内に圧入さ
れ、次いで、ピンチロール11によって、管内部に端部ま
で挿入される。ピンチロールは、固定された下送りロー
ル5と管径に応じて昇降自在の上送りロール7とからな
り、上送りロールは空気圧シリンダー8によって適切な
力で合成樹脂管に押圧される。また上送りロールの支持

鋼管Aは下ガイド1に載置され、マグネット3によって
固定される。塩化ビニール管Bの先端は下送りロール5
上をプッシャー6によって、ガイド1、2のテーパー状
案内面1a、2aによって案内され、その先端が鋼管Aに近
接した位置までプッシャーにより移送される。次に上ガ
イド2が空気圧シリンダー4によって鋼管の上外面に押
付けられる。また、同時に塩化ビニール管Bが上下ガイ
ドに対して緩挿状態になる。両管の径方向の間隙は約3m
mである。次に上送りロール7が空気圧シリンダー8に
