The structure shown in FIG. 1 is provided with a cutout (2) parallel to the length direction of the tubular body (1). FIG. 2 shows an example in which a notch (2) is provided diagonally in the length direction of a similar cylindrical body (1).
Further, FIG. 3 shows an example in which a notch (2) overlapping the upper edge is provided. Such a tubular body is composed of a medical material such as polylactide, polyglycolide, a copolymer of polylactide and polyglycolide, paradioxanone, caprolactam, and collagen, which are decomposed and absorbed in a living body. When shaping, a sheet having a thickness of 0.5 mm to several mm is rolled and formed into a cylindrical shape, the center of a rod-shaped material is cut out, or extrusion molding is performed.

Body (1) Fitted and bone (4) corresponding to through hole (3)
A hole is made in (5), and a thread (7) made of the same bioabsorbable material as described above is inserted therethrough, tied and fixed. The tubular body (1) is fitted to the fractured part (6) by pushing the notch (2) in the radial direction to cover the part. After the fitted, the bone is covered by the elasticity of the material. It has a given appearance.
