交替するような場合は、その判読に時間がかかる等の問

記入の正確さ、迅速さを増すと共に、カルテ読取り時の
迅速さ、正確さを増して、医療診断の効率を向上させる

歯、切歯、臼歯を示し、10a2,10b2,10c2は下顎の犬歯、
切歯、臼歯を示している。また、10a1〜10c2の各図にお
いて、左側から順次、遠心面、近心面、舌側面、唇側面
を示している。これらのシールは、各シール毎に１枚の
シートに多数枚貼り付けられており、そのシートがシー
ルの種類数集められて一冊のシールブックを構成してい
る。医師は、このシールブックを治療机のそばに置き、
カルテ記入時、該シールブックより所望のシールを剥ぎ
切って、該カルテに貼り付けを使用する。なお、図に
は、歯科用のシールの例を示したが、専門毎にシールブ
ックを作成しておけば、医師は自分の専門に合ったシー
ルブックを購入して備えておけばよい。また、シールを
グループ毎に色分けし（例えば、a1〜c1とa2〜c2とで色
分けする）又は各標準図形毎に色分けしておけば、後で
参考にする時に、視覚的に当該診断箇所を判断すること
