てある。尚、制御部14は操作部15からの支持により洗浄
操作を開始するために画像信号から被洗浄部11を認識す
る認識部16と、前記認識部16から被洗浄部11の洗浄度を
判断する判定部17、前記認識部16結果と判定部17判定結
果に基づいて洗浄すべき前記被洗浄部11の位置を決める
ように前記位置制御手段7に制御信号を出力する位置指
