The mounting ring has a cut-out portion through which the locking projection can penetrate, and a plurality of locking portions each of which can be engaged with each of the locking projections is formed on a back side of the mounting ring. The engagement surface of each of the locking portions with the locking projection is provided on the mounting ring. A device for mounting an electric light display lamp, wherein the device is formed to have different thicknesses from surfaces that come into contact with the mounting plate.
