In this embodiment, when replacing the silencing tank (11), the silencing tank (11) can be removed simply by removing the stoppers (10) at both ends of the silencing tank (11). Also, when installing a new silencing tank (11), after attaching the stopper (10) again, insert the insertion parts (3) at both ends of the silencing tank (11) into the socket (6) on the pipe (12) side. Just insert it. In addition, if the fluid valve (6a) is closed by turning the charge valve (6b) before replacing the silencing tank (11), the discharge of the refrigerant is prevented. That is, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to easily replace the silencing tank (11) while preventing the release of the refrigerant.
