DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A yarn tension detecting sensor 1 will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a yarn tension detection sensor, which includes a base member 2, a load transmitting member 3, and a yarn guide 4. Reference numeral 2 denotes a base member, which is mainly made of metal and is distorted by receiving a load (thread tension). The generated distortion is detected by a distortion detecting element 5. Reference numeral 3 denotes a load transmitting member, which is vertically supported by the base member 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a yarn guide, which serves as a load detection point where the yarn tension is applied. 5 is a distortion detecting element,
The amount of distortion of the base member 2 is detected and converted into an electric signal.
Reference numeral 6 denotes a protective member. Even if a load (yarn tension) of a predetermined amount or more is applied to the yarn guide 4, the load transmitting member 3 comes into contact with the opening end of the protective member 6, and the base member 2 and the strain detecting element 5 are located. It is protected so that it does not distort more than a certain amount. Reference numeral 7 denotes a joining portion, which is provided on the distance changing member 8 of the yarn guide 4 and
Is a member projecting from the base member 2 including the distance changing member 8 and the thread guide 4 including a distance changing member 8. It can be regarded as 3. The distance changing member 8 is fixed to the thread guide 4 and is detachable from the load transmitting member 3. A plurality of yarn guides 4 having the distance changing members 8 having different lengths L2 of the distance changing members 8 are prepared, and can be replaced with the optimum ones according to the yarn tension measurement range.

The detection of the yarn tension will be described. When a yarn tension F is applied to the yarn guide 4, a force is transmitted from the yarn guide 4 to the base member 2 via the load transmitting member 3. Base member 2
Is F × L, where L is the distance from the base member 2 to the thread guide 4. This moment M causes distortion in the base member 2, and the distortion also distorts the distortion detecting element 5. The amount of distortion detected by the distortion detecting element 5 is converted into an electric signal and sent to a CPU (not shown).

If an excessive tension is applied to the thread guide 4, the load transmitting member 3 comes into contact with the opening end of the protective member 6 and does not move any further. The moment of force exceeding a certain level is not transmitted.
By providing the size of the opening end of the protective member 6 so that the strain detecting element 5 provided on the base member 2 is not broken, even if excessive tension is applied to the thread guide 4, the load transmitting member 3 is provided. The sensor contacts the opening end of the protection member 6 to protect the sensor.

In this sensor, a compensation range in which the moment M applied to the base member 2 and the distortion of the base member 2 are proportional is determined by the mechanical properties of the base member 2. The distance L from the base member 2 to the thread guide 4 (L = length L1 of the load transmitting member 3 + length L2 of the distance transmitting member + length L3 of the thread guide 4 to the load detection point) is defined as La.
At this time, assuming that the measurement range of the yarn tension F in which the yarn tension can be accurately measured is Fa to Fb, if the distance L is 2La, the yarn tension is Fa / 2 to Fb / 2, and the moment is set. M can be in the same range as in the case of the yarn tensions Fa to Fb (M = F × L = F / 2 × 2La). In this case, the measurable range of the yarn tension is Fa / 2 to Fb / 2. That is, by changing the distance L, the measurable range can be changed.

Changing the distance L has no merit in that the measurable range can be simply changed, and the sensitivity can also be changed in accordance with the distance L. That is, if the measurable range is halved, the error is halved. That is the advantage. For example, assuming that the error of the strain detecting element is 6 grams at 150 grams, the error when the measurement result indicates a value of 150 grams is ± 6 grams. here,
If the distance L is doubled, the measurable range can be changed to half the value, and the error is also halved. If the measurement result indicates a value of 75 grams, the error is ± 3 grams. If the measurement is performed as it is without changing the distance L, even if the measurement result indicates a value of 75 grams, the error is ± 6 grams, which is not very accurate.

That is, when measuring a large tension such as a thick thread, the distance L is measured to be short, and when measuring a small tension such as a thin thread, the distance L is measured to be long. It is possible to obtain the optimum measurable range of the yarn tension according to the type and thickness of the yarn.

As another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the leading end of the load transmitting member 3 is extended to make the thread guide 4 movable, and the leading end extension on the load transmitting member 3 is movable. The thread guide 4 is fixed at a predetermined position by providing a fixing means 9 for fixing the thread guide 4. The fixing means 9 is fixed to the load transmitting member 3 with the screw 10.
It is preferable that the set screw 10 be tightened when loosening and fixing. In order to change the distance between the yarn guide 4 and the base member 2, a fixing means 9 for fixing the yarn guide 4 is provided so that the distal end portion can be freely moved so as to advance and retreat on the load transmission member 3 whose extension is extended. This makes it possible to easily change the measurement range of the yarn tension with a simple structure.

By changing the distance to the base member, the force applied to the base member and the amount of distortion become a compensation range in a proportional relationship, so that the yarn tension can be detected accurately even when the measurement range of the yarn tension changes. A yarn tension detection sensor can be provided.

Thread gages with different length changing members according to thickness and type
Prepare multiple guide bodies and replace the thread guide body
The thread tension can be measured according to the thickness and type of thread.
You can get a fence. That is, the measurement range can be easily changed with a simple structure. According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the yarn guide is provided by providing the yarn guide moving means for allowing the yarn guide to move forward and backward with respect to the base member, and the fixing member for fixing the yarn guide. By changing the distance between the base member and the base member to an optimum distance according to the measurement range of the yarn tension, the measurement range of the yarn tension can be easily changed with a simple structure.
