Description

【発明の詳細な説明】DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

従来、頭部の形に合わせたカツラを造るため、熱で軟
化させた合成樹脂膜を頭部にかぶせ、冷却して固形化し
たり、布の断片をかぶせて型を取ったりしたが、凹部の
形が取りにくかったり、不快な接触感・熱感が生じたり
する欠点があった。 人体表面に石膏水溶液を接触させて眼面その他の型取
りをする事も行なわれているが、人体や衣服を汚したり
不快な接触感が生じたりする欠点がある。 本発明は、凹部も含めて、正確に、人体や衣服を汚さ
ず、容易に、人体表面の型取りが出来、少量の石膏で雌
型を取る事が出来、従って、得られた雌型を他に輸送す
る債にも都合がよい、人体表面の型取り装置を得ようと
するものである。 以下そのような装置、その方法を用いて造られるカツ
ラの製造装置、それに用いる人工毛髪の製法、カツラに
取り付けるストッパー等に関しても記述する事にする。 まず、本発明にも用いうる優れた性質を持つ、安価
な、大量生産しうる、自然の人毛に近い人工毛髪の製法
について記す。 従来、主として、人毛になるべく近い性質を持つ合成
繊維を直径50〜100μ程度に引き伸ばし、カツラ用の人
工毛髪として用いて来たが、しなやかさ、弾性、感触、
表面の親水性、吸水性等が、人毛と、かなり異なる欠点
があった。 感触や風合に影響を持つ機械的性質(ヤング率、曲げ
の弾性率、伸度、表面の硬度等)、表面の親水性、内部
への吸水性等の諸性質が同時に人毛にほぼ一致する、単
一材料・単一構造の合成繊維製人工毛髪は、今のところ
存在しないと言ってよい。 そこで、2種以上の材料を用いたハイブリッド構造に
し、人毛に近い諸性質を得る事が試みられている。 ここでも、そのような思想にもとずいたハイブリッド
型人工毛髪について、まず、図面に従い説明する事にす
る。 第1図は本発明に用いる人工毛髪の正面図。第2図は
その拡大横断面図である。 (1)は直径20μ程度の3本の糸(線)から成る髄質
で、アラミド繊維・ナイロン・ポリエステル繊維・その
他の合成繊維、アルミナ繊維・ガラス繊維・炭素繊維・
その他の鉱物繊維、繭糸・麻糸・羊毛糸・その他の天然
繊維等の単繊維、細繊維を紡糸した糸、FRP等から成
る。 (2)は髄質間の間隙を満たし、それらの周囲を囲
む、外径60μ程度の皮質で、牛の血漿から得た繊維素、
牛乳カゼイン・ゼラチン・その他の蛋白質のホルマール
化物、再生繭糸・再生人毛・再生羊毛、ポリビニールホ
ルマール・その他の合成物質等から成る。 なお、髄質の本数は1本以上の任意の数に選び得る。 次に、この製法を2・3例示する。 安価に、多量に得られる屠殺牛の血液に枸櫞酸ナトリ
ウム等の抗凝血剤を加えて血漿を分離し、血漿中に飽和
食塩水を加えて繊維素原(フィブリノゲン)を沈殿さ
せ、7%の食塩水に沈殿した繊維素原を加えて繊維素原
溶液を造り、その中に直径20μのアラミド単繊維を通
し、繊維の表面に数μの繊維素原層を付け、繊維素原を
繊維素(フィブリン)に変える酵素であるトロンビン水
溶液中に通して、凝固させ、繊維素を染色した後、3本
を撚糸にし、再び繊維素原溶液に漬け、直径60μのダイ
スを通してトロンビン液中に引き出し、繊維素原を繊維
素にし、再び染色して完成品を得る。 高分子のトロンビンが浸透しにくければ、繊維素原を
自然重合で硬化させたり、ホルマール化したり、繊維素
原を薄く表面に付けてトロンビン液に浸す事を反復した
り、低温下で繊維素原液にトロンビンと酸またはアルカ
リを加えておき、紡糸後温度を上げたpH調整液中に浸
し、トロンビンの酵素活性を発現させる等すればよい。 このような繊維素原液をノヅルを通して常温のpH調整
液中に引き出し、牛繊維素単繊維を得てもよい。 トロンビン処理後、更にホルマール化してもよい。 表面をポリビニールアルコールで薄くコーチングした
直径数μのアルミナ細繊維を数10本用いて撚糸を造り、
更にポリビニールアルコール液中を通し、加熱乾燥後、
ホルマリン処理により非水溶性にし、染色する。 直径40μのポリエステル単繊維の表面に半硬質ポリウ
レタン樹脂をコーチングし、直径60μにし、表面を染色
する。(人毛でも、メラニン色素はその表面に集まって
いる。) 直径40μのナイロン単繊維を、繭糸を溶かした硝酸カ
ルシウム液、ナトリウムを含む硫酸、ホルマリン等に順
次通し、再生繭糸で被覆する。 髄質(1)中の各繊維の太さ、撚りのかけ方等を変え
てもよい。 例えば、細い繊維にはわ撚りをかけず、太い繊維に撚
りをかけ(右回り等)、両者をそろえて逆方向(左回り
等)の撚をかけ、髄質(1)を得た場合等、髄質(1)
は自然にちぢれ、人工毛には、自然なウエーブがかかる
事になる。 以上のように、硬質材料から成る皮質の周囲に、やや
軟質の皮質を取り付けると、引張り強さの強い、しなや
かな人工毛髪となる。 髄質の繊維に撚りをかけると、材料が硬質であって
も、比較的弱い力で弾性的に伸び、しなやかになる。 皮質(2)を繊維素その他の蛋白質や、ポリビニール
ホルマール等で造ると、表面に水が付着しやすい親水性
となり、また実質中にも水を含み得る吸水性が増す。 このようにして、髄質(1)と皮質(2)の材質、太
さ、本数、撚りのかけ方、加工法、染色法(顔料を材料
中に予め混じて着色してもよい)等を種々選択し、設計
する事により、自然の人毛に近い諸性質を持つ人工毛が
得られる事になる。 なお、皮質(2)を軟質材料製にした場合、表面に傷
が付き易いので、髄質に軟質材料を用い、皮質に硬化材
料を用い、しなやかさを得、表面に空気中で電子線照射
をする等の方法で、親水性を高めてもよい。 多数の微細孔を持つポリエーテルその他から成る、透
析用中空糸膜を皮質にし、その中にポリビニールホルマ
ール等から成る吸水性髄質を詰めた構造にしてもよい。 中心と表層を硬い材料で造り、中間に軟質材料を入れ
てもよい。 直径0.3mm程度のネット用幹糸に硬質の単繊維から成
る髄質を枝糸として取り付けた後、皮質となる軟質材料
をコーチングしてもよい。 このようにして得られた長さ数1000mの人工毛髪は以
下述べるように自動的、連続的に幹糸やネットに取り付
けるのに適する。 以下、この人工毛髪を付けたネット型ベースを用いた
カツラの製法や、それに用いる人工毛髪付幹糸の製法・
装置等について記す。 第3図は本発明を実施した頭の型取り装置の平面図。
第4図はその縦断面図である。 (3)は帽子形の透明プラスチックから成る固形容
器。 (4)はその上端に突出した注入管。 (5)は下端が容器(3)の下端に張り付けられた帽
子形の薄いゴム膜である。 この型取り装置をイスにすわった人の頭にかぶせ、注
入管(4)を通じ、水に解いた石膏を容器(3)とゴム
膜(5)の間の密閉空洞にポンプで注入する。 ゴム膜は頭の表面に密着し、石膏水溶液はやがて注入
管(5)の内部にまで溜り始める。 そこで、ポンプを止め、数分間放置すると石膏は固ま
り、頭の雌型が取れる。 このようにして取られた型は、合成樹脂膜を加熱軟化
して頭部に押しあてて得た型に比べ、凹部の形も記録出
来、石膏水溶液を人体表面に直接流して型取りする方法
のように、人体や衣服を汚す事もない。 鼻腔等に通す呼吸管を取り付け、上向きに寝た人の顔
面にかぶせれば、顔面の型取りにも用い得る。 この雌型を上下反転して保持し、安価な増量材等を加
えた石膏水溶液を流し込み、雄型を取る。 その際、石膏液面の中央に、内部の縦×横×深さが3c
m程度の合成樹脂の箱を沈め、後述の駆動機構の取り付
け孔を得る。 第5図は雄型の表面の形やサイズをコンピューターに
入力する形状記録装置の平面図。第6図はその正面図で
ある。 (6)はコンピューターや、外部に出ている軸、その
他の駆動制御装置等を内蔵した制御箱。(7)はその上
面に突出した角柱状の駆動軸。(8)は下面の凹みに軸
(7)が入っている石膏製の雄型。(9)はカツラの周
囲を決めるための、雄型上に手で描かれた縁取り線。
(10)は箱(6)上に取り付けたモーター(ステッピン
グモーター)。(11)はその軸に取り付けたL字形のア
ーム。(12)はそれに取り付けたレーザー。(13)はそ
の左方に取り付けたテレビカメラである。 レーザー(12)からレーザービームが前方に連続的に
放射され、雄型表面の1点で乱反射され、テレビカメラ
(13)の受光面上に焦点を結ぶ。 レーザー(12)から反射点までの距離が長ければ、カ
メラ(13)のレンズ軸に近い部に焦点が生じ、短けれ
ば、焦点は左方に移動する。 焦点の位置はカメラの水平同期信号の後に、どれだけ
の時間を経て、映像出力電圧がパルス状に生ずるかを測
定すれば知られ、箱(6)内のコンピューターはその時
間差を測定し、レーザー(12)から反射点までの距離を
算出する。 箱(6)内のコンピューターはモーター(10)を駆動
し、アーム(11)は上を通って前方に180゜回転する。 その間のアーム(11)の回転角はコンピューターから
モーターへ送るパルス数で測定し、レーザー(12)と雄
型(8)上の各反射点との距離も順次測定し、雄型
(8)の1断面の周囲の曲座標、及びそれを直角座標に
変換したy座標とz座標が得られる。 ついで、箱内のコンピューターは軸(7)を図示しな
い箱(6)上の溝にそって、5mm程度左方に動かし、モ
ーター(10)を回し、レーザー(12)は後方に180゜移
動し、異なった断面の周囲の座標を求める。 以下、順次、雄型(8)を左進させ、雄型表面全体の
各点のx・y・z座標を測定する。 その間、レーザービームが縁取り線(9)上にあたる
と、反射光量が急減し、線である事が検出出来、縁取り
線の位置情報も記録される。 なお、このような頭の形状に関する情報は合成樹脂膜
に取った型から得てもよいし、直接人頭上にゴム膜をか
ぶせ、それに反射鏡でスキャンするレーザービームをあ
て、複数のテレビカメラに入る位置情報から、三次元情
報を算出してもよい。 * 第7図は雄型表面にカツラのネット型ベースの縦糸
を取り付ける装置の平面図。第8図はその正面図であ
る。 (14)は制御箱。(15)はその上面に突出した軸。
(16)は箱上に取り付けたモーター。(17)はその水平
方向の軸に取り付けた角柱の油圧シリンダー。(18)は
その中に入っているプランジャー。(19)はそれに取り

接着剤が強く固着しないようにしている(粘着剤を塗布
してもよい)。 糸挟み(22)(23)が糸(21)の端を挟んだ状態で、
モーター(16)が回り、シリンダー(17)、塗布機(2
0)、その他を180゜上を通って前方に移動させる。 その間、糸(21)はボビンケース(19)から引き出さ
れ、塗布機(20)を通る際に接着剤が塗られ、雄型
(8)上に接し、その表面に付着する。 シリンダー(17)等が180゜移動した時、箱(14)内
のモーターで糸挟み(22)と(23)が左右に開き、糸
(21)を離す。 ついで、両糸挟みは、図示しない軸(15)の周囲の右
方の箱(14)の上面に設けた半円形の溝を通り、雄型
(8)の前方に駆動され、雄型の前下縁と、塗布機(2
0)の間で、糸(21)を挟み、同時に、ナイフ(24)で
糸を雄型側(後方)で切断する。 ついで、軸(15)が右方に1・2mm移動し、モーター
(16)が逆回転し、雄型上の、前に付着した糸の左側
に、糸(21)を付着させる。 ついで、後方に復帰した糸挟み(22)(23)で糸を挟
み、かつ、糸を雄型側(前方)で切断する。 ついで、軸(15)が更に右に1・2mm動き、モーター
(16)が180゜回り、以下同様の動作が繰り返され、縁
取り線(9)内の総て、及び、その周囲をカバーするよ
うに、多数の縦糸が雄型に付着する。 その際、制御箱(14)中のコンピューターは、前記の
制御箱(6)中のコンピューターが持っている雄型
(8)の形に関する情報を受け、軸(15)、モーター
(16)、シリンダー(17)内の油量制御によるプランジ
ャー(19)の出し入れ、糸挟み(22)(23)の駆動機
構、その他の制御を行ない、従糸相互間の距離が、なる
べく均等になるようにする。 軸(15)は横に移動すると同時に、上端を右または左
に少し動かし、雄型を傾け、縦糸が地球儀上の経線のよ
うに、前後に行くほど線間距離が挟まるよう、制御する
事が出来る。 なお、雄型(8)上に次のような方法で多数の縦糸を
取り付けてもよい。 第9図は縦糸取り付け装置の平面図。第10図はその正
面図である。 (25)(26)は中央に頭の周囲の形を切り抜いた板。
(27)は板(25)の下に張り付けた、表面はシリコンゴ
ムで被覆したウレタンフォーム。(28)は板(26)の上
面に張り付けた同様のウレタンフォーム。(29)はそれ
らの四隅を止め付けているビス。(30)はウレタンフォ
ーム(27)(28)間に前後端を挟まれた多数の縦糸であ
る。 これらの縦糸は表面に接着剤を塗り、低温下で接着剤
を固化し、粘着性を消失させた状態でウレタンフォーム
(28)上に前後端を乗せて並べ、その上にウレタンフォ
ーム(27)と板(25)を重ね、周囲をビス(29)で止め
る。(平行に並ぶ多数の縦糸の前端を上下から2本の横
棒で挟み、ワープビームから引き出し、ウレタンフォー
ム(28)上に乗せ、ウレタンフォーム(27)をかぶせ、
四隅をビス(29)で止め、横棒を板(25)等の後方に移
動し、横棒の前縁で全縦糸を切断する自動装置を用いる
事が望ましい。) 直ちに、粘着剤を塗った雄型上に板(25)(26)内を
走っている縦糸(30)をかぶせ、板(25)(26)を下方
に押し下げ、ウレタンフォーム(27)(28)間から縦糸
の前後端を引き出し、雄型周囲の粘着剤に全部の糸を付
着させる。 このようにして雄型(8)上に接着剤付の縦糸を取り
付け、更にその上に人工毛髪付の横糸をかぶせる。 第11図は1本の横糸(幹糸)に多数の人工毛髪(枝
糸)を取り付けた人工毛髪付幹糸を造り、更に縦糸に取
り付ける装置の平面図。第12図はその正面図である。 (31)は制御箱。(32)はそれから前方に突出したモ
ーター内蔵の支柱。(33)はモーター軸に連なる円盤。
(34)〜(37)はその右面に取り付けたボビンケース。

する。 しかし、円盤(33)が2回転するごとに1回、鈎針

動し、次のような運動をする。 人工毛髪(40)が後方に来た時点で、鈎針(42)の先
端が、この人工毛髪の上を越え、後下方に下がり、図示
しない先端の下面に突出した小さな鈎で引っかけ、後下
方に10数cmボビンケースから引き出す。 この時、人工毛髪は、ボビンケースの出口と、鈎針
と、ゴムローラー(46)(47)間でv字形をなすので、
全長は、その約2倍となる。 また、鈎針の傾斜は、しだいに変わって行くが、v字
形面と、鈎針の軸方向とがほぼ直角をなしていると、人
工毛髪は、針との接触部から、移動する事はない。 ここで、人工毛髪(40)のボビンケース内のモーター
回転が、円盤(33)が2回転する間、停止し、人工毛髪
(40)のみの繰り出しが押さえられ、円盤(33)が2回
転し(38)(39)の相互間距離をしぼりながら、それら
で構成される幹糸に2回、巻き付く。 その間、ローラー(46)(47)は、以前に形成されて
いる4者の束を右方に送っており、まもなく、人工毛髪
(40)が巻き付いた部分に接着剤噴出機(44)から少量
の接着剤が噴きかけられ、赤外線放射機(45)の前で、
それらの総てが加熱され、人工毛髪(42)が幹糸(48)
に巻き付いた状態が接着、固定される。 また、ローラー(46)(47)で右方に送られる一方、
糸(38)(39)と、人工毛髪(41)に、人工毛髪(40)
が巻き付いて行くため、人工毛髪(40)のv字形部の長
さは減少して行き、箱(31)内のモーターの作用で、鈎
針の先端が箱(31)に近ずき、鈎針の傾斜が大きくな
り、v字形の折れまがり部がナイフ(43)に近ずいて行
き、やがて、ナイフに接触し、切断され、二つに分か
れ、枝糸(49)になる。 軸(50)も常に徐々に反時計方向に回転しており、幹
糸(48)は板(51)の上下に付いた雄型(8)の周囲
に、前端から巻き受けられ、しだいに軸(50)が前進
し、1・2mmのピッチで巻き付け部は雄型(8)の後端
部に移動して行く。(幹糸の張力を測定するセンサーを
設け、軸(50)の回転速度を制御する事が望ましい。) その際、雄型に付着させた縦糸に付けている接着剤
を、硬化しないが粘着性を現す程度の温度に設定した冷
風を、送風口(52)(53)から前方に噴き出し、温度環
境を整えると同時に、枝糸(49)を吹き流し、これから
幹糸を巻き付ける縦糸上に、枝糸が付着する事を防ぐ。 鈎針(42)の駆動は箱(31)内のコンピューターで制
御し、雄型(8)の縁取り線外の、枝糸の不要な部分に
対応する幹糸の部分には、枝糸が生じないようにする。
(箱(6)内のコンピューターから受け取った情報を元
に制御する。) また、縁取り線付近の枝糸を細くする場合には、縁取
り線近くに達する予定の幹糸の部分が来た時、細手の人
工毛髪(41)を鈎針(42)で引っかけ、枝糸にするよう
にする。 白髪を交える必要があれば、そのような人工毛髪を収
めたボビンケースを円盤(33)に設ければよい。 支柱(34)中のモーター軸と、円盤(33)を貫く固定
軸の右端に、1本の撚りをかけない太い糸を出すボビン
ケースを取り付け、ケース(34)(35)を省略してもよ
い。 軸(50)の上、下、右等にも、人工毛髪付幹糸を造る
装置を設け、同時に4本の糸を雄型(8)に巻き付ける
ようにしてもよい。 人工毛髪付幹糸を造る装置と、雄型にそれを巻き付け
る装置とを分離し、長時間かかって前者で造った糸を後
者で急速に雄型に巻き付けるようにしてもよい。(第7
〜10図のような装置で付着させてもよい。) その場合、ローラー(46)とその間を通る糸との間
に、幅の広い連続糸を挟み込み、糸と紙をロール状に重
ね巻きし、糸がからむのを防いでもよい。 縦糸と横糸を巻き付けた雄型のセットをそのまま、ま
たは二つを切り離し、高温環境に置き、縦糸に付いてい
る接着剤を軟化させ、かつ重合、硬化させ、網状ベース
に人工毛髪が付いた半成品を得、縁取り線の周囲を切り
落し、縁の内面に幅1cm程度の軟質ウレタン樹脂膜を張
り付け、その内面にストッパーを取り付けて完成品を得
る。 第13図は人工毛髪付幹糸の量産装置の一例の正面図。
第14図はその横断面図である。 (54)は制御箱。(55)はその前面に位置する内径40
cm程度の回転リング。(56)はそれに取り付けたボビン
ケース。(57)はそれから伸びた鎌の刃形の糸押さえ
板。(58)はケース(56)から出、板(57)内を通り、
その先端から出ている、直径0.3mm程度の、環境が低温
のために固化している接着剤を周囲に塗られたナイロン
糸から成る幹糸。(59)は箱(54)内のモーターに連な

に、人工毛髪を2mmピッチで左巻きコイル状に巻き付
け、その上に同ピッチで右巻きコイル状に巻き付け、両
者の×字状の交差点を上下面に2mmピッチで造り、その
ような板を多数並べ、上縁の交差点と隣接する板間の人
工毛を接着剤で固め、下面の交差点で人工毛を切断し、
縦糸も横糸も用いず、ネットから人工毛髪が生えた状態
を得てもよい。(各板の前後面には半円形の凹みを多数
付けておく。) この場合、両コイルを相対的に少しずらせ、1枚の板
の前後面で両コイルを重ね、隣接する板の合計4本の人
工毛髪を1本化するようにしてもよい。 第19図はネット付の人工毛髪を造るミシン型の装置の

程度の軟質ウレタン樹脂膜を張り付け、カツラにする
が、それを人頭の頭髪に止めるための数個のストッパー
をウレタン樹脂膜の内面に取り付けて用いる。 人工毛髪付幹糸を含むネットを第13〜20図の製法を変
形して次のような方法で造ってもよい。 金属ローラーの表面に深さ0.8mm程度の縦溝と横溝
を、1・2mm角の網目を形成するように付け、ビームか
ら引き出した縦糸をローラー上部の縦溝にはめ込んで一
方向に駆動し、それらの上方10数cmの所に上向きの刃の
付いたナイフを仕込んだ2本の横棒を置き、その上に縦
糸に平行に人工毛髪を渡し、1mm厚の2枚の垂直な金属
板の間に、両板の下縁より、その下縁が1mm程度高くな
るよう、0.3mm厚の金属板を挟み込み、それらの下面に
生じた溝に横糸をはめ込み、横棒間の上から人工毛髪を
それら金属板の下縁で押し下げ、最後には0.3mm厚の金
属板のみで、横糸と人工毛髪をローラーの横溝に押し込
み、高周波電圧をローラーと金属板の間にかけ、縦糸、
横糸、人工毛髪の三者を相互に溶接し、人工毛髪付のネ
ットを得る。 その際、横棒に仕込んだナイフで人工毛を切ったり、
横棒の位置を変えたりする事により、前例のように、連
続自動生産が出来る。 第21図は人工毛髪を横糸に結び付けながらネットを織
って行く装置の平面図。第22図はその正面図である。 (125)は前後間隔2mmで、左右方向に強く張られた、
直径0.5mmの多数の縦糸。(126)はそれに織り込まれた
1本の横糸で、右前→右後→左後→左前の経路をたどっ
て織り込まれており、その右側部には、すでに人工毛髪

加圧力も働き、ボビンの移動や回転が抑制され、半円柱
