ても、同様に硫黄を添加し、さらに有機加硫促進剤、必
要に応じて上記各種充填剤等の配合物を添加した後、型
成形加硫することにより製造されている。なお、場合に
よっては、有機過酸化物加硫も行うことも可能である。

(鉄)の場合、Feと(S・)とが反応して、FeS
(硫化鉄)が生成し、これが1ショット毎に増加し、図
1に示すように、汚れベース20を形成することが判明
している。3ショットで略金型の表面が硫黄Sと反応し
て黒変し、さらにショット数を増加して行くと、図2に
示すように、この汚れベース20の表面の凹の部分にゴ
ム・フィラー等が付着して、汚れ膜30が形成され、金
型表面に海・島の模様が生じてゴムの流れを阻害する
(この現象は、昭和電工製の表面処理剤クリーンSで処
理することにより観察される)。
