光器を設け、該投光器からのレーザ光を該表示マークに
対して照準を合せるように該搬送装置を移動させて位置
決めすることにより、前記一対の電極の各中心位置を合

部材との何れか一方に表示マークを施す一方、他方にレ
ーザ投光器を設け、該投光器からのレーザ光を該表示マ
ークに対して照準を合せるように該搬送装置を移動させ
て位置決めすることにより、前記一対の電極の各中心位
置を合せることを特徴とする電極接続方法。1.
