ら導入されるエア−は、フィルタ−(42)を通過して清
浄されたものだけが、導入路(41)を通過して自然に導

構造に限定されるものではなく、逆さに積重された容器
をエア−吸引で除塵できる構造のものであれば良い。
又、本発明品を多列して用いる場合には、上板(11)の
上に多数の装置をある一定間隔で配置すれば良く、且つ
脚(13)は上板(11)が適宜手段で固定されていれば無
