とするものである。SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a method of manufacturing a roll bond panel having at least one double-sided swelling fluid circuit, wherein one side of a pair of metal plates is provided with a fluid circuit forming surface. The non-crimped portion, the non-crimped portion for forming the panel distortion prevention bulging portion, and the non-crimped portion for forming the panel distortion prevention bulging portion, which surrounds the non-crimped portion for forming the fluid circuit and partially has a discontinuous portion. As the non-crimped portion for forming the fluid pressure introducing portion, and the non-crimped portion for connecting the fluid circuit forming non-crimped portion for forming the fluid circuit and the non-crimped portion for forming the panel distortion prevention bulging portion are formed, A step of forming a mating plate by printing a crimp preventing agent in a predetermined pattern and crimping one side of the other metal plate to the printing surface, and a non-crimping portion swelling space is formed on both sides of the mating plate. Upper mold via spacer so that it can be formed And supplying the fluid pressure to all the non-pressed portions of the mating plate to swell the non-pressed portions, and pressing the swelled upper and lower surfaces against both mold surfaces. In the swelling step, the swelling of the non-crimped portion for forming the panel distortion preventing bulging portion is completed before the non-crimping portion for forming the fluid circuit, and the non-crimping portion for forming the panel distortion preventing bulging portion. The non-swelling of the non-continuous portion in (1) forms an air escape portion in the swelling portion for preventing distortion of the panel.

By cutting off the other parts and performing appropriate bending processing, etc.,
For example, four refrigerator evaporators are manufactured. Of course, these evaporators also have excellent appearance and performance in which local plastic deformation does not occur in portions other than the fluid circuit (20). As described above, the present invention is particularly effective when a plurality of roll bond panel products such as evaporators are manufactured simultaneously from one roll bond panel.

In the non-pressed portion swelling step, the non-swelling of the non-continuous portion forms an air release portion in the panel distortion preventing swelling portion, so that the panel distortion preventing swelling portion is sealed. And therefore,
A roll bond panel excellent in appearance and performance free of local plastic deformation is obtained.

特徴とする、ロールボンドパネルの製造方法。1. A method for manufacturing a roll bond panel having at least one double-sided swelling fluid circuit, comprising: a non-pressure-bonding portion for forming a fluid circuit; A non-crimping portion for forming a panel distortion preventing bulging portion surrounding the non-crimping portion and having a discontinuous portion in part, and a non-crimping portion for forming a fluid pressure introducing portion extending from the non-crimping portion for forming the panel distortion preventing bulging portion to a plate edge. As a crimping portion, a non-crimping portion for communicating portion connecting the non-crimping portion for forming a fluid circuit and the non-crimping portion for forming a panel distortion prevention bulging portion is formed,
A step of forming a mating plate by printing a crimp preventing agent in a predetermined pattern, and crimping one surface of the other metal plate to the printed surface, and a non-compressing portion swelling space is formed on both sides of the mating plate. After sandwiching between the upper mold and the lower mold via a spacer so that it can be formed,
A step of supplying fluid pressure to all the non-pressed portions of the joining plate to swell the same, and pressing both the upper and lower swelling surfaces against both mold surfaces. The swelling of the non-crimped portion for forming the bulging portion is completed before the non-crimped portion for forming the fluid circuit, and the non-continuous portion of the non-crimped portion for forming the bulging portion for preventing panel distortion is not bulged. Forming an air release portion in the panel distortion prevention bulging portion by the method.
