ある。まず、本実施形態に係る自動販売機1の全体構造
を図1を参照して説明する。この自動販売機1は自動販
売機本体2の内部に上下に商品収納庫3と機械室4とを
有するもので、この商品収納庫3内には左右にサーペン
タイン式の商品収納コラム5を複数並設している。この
各商品収納コラム5はそれぞれ隣接するコラム5の間に
間隙Aを有し、この間隙Aに後述する断熱仕切板6を介
在することにより、商品収納庫3が左右に仕切られ、左
右に温度帯域の異なる部屋を形成できる。なお、7aは
商品収納庫3の前面を開閉する断熱性の内扉、7bは内

より、商品投入口52から投入された商品がこの商品通
路内に充填されるようになっている。また、この各側板
51の上端は外側に湾曲して引っ掛け片54を有する一
方、商品収納庫3の天井壁31にはこの引っ掛け片54
に対応するよう吊しレール32が設置されており、この
引っ掛け片54を吊しレール32に引っ掛けて挿入する
ことにより、商品収納コラム5が商品収納庫3内に収容

シュート8について図3を参照して説明する。この商品
シュート8は商品収納コラム5の下方に設置されるもの

シュート8の構造は、断面略U字状に形成され、その両
側板81の上部には前後方向に3箇所に亘ってシャフト
貫通穴82を設けている。また、傾斜した底板83はそ
の前端を下方に折り曲げて底壁取り付け片84を形成
し、この底壁取り付け片84に2個のネジ貫通穴85を
設けている。このネジ貫通穴85に図2に示すようにネ
ジ86を通し、このネジ86を商品収納庫3の底壁33
に螺合することにより商品シュート8が商品収納庫3内
に設置される。このように構成された商品収納コラム5
及び商品シュート8は連結部材9により上下に連結され
る。この連結部材9の構造を図3を参照して説明する。
この連結部材9は、連結金具91とシャフト92とから
構成され、この連結金具91には商品収納コラム5の各
側板51に亘って延びるコラム取り付け片93を有して
いる。このコラム取り付け片93の両端は各側板51の
外側に折り曲げられ、この折り曲げ部分をネジ94でネ
ジ止めすることにより、連結金具91を商品収納コラム
5に固着している。また、この連結金具91にはコラム
取り付け片93から下方に延びるシャフト貫通片95を
有し、このシャフト貫通片95を丸く曲げることにより
シャフト92が貫通できるようにしている。このように
構成された連結金具91は前記シャフト貫通穴82に対
応する位置関係で商品収納コラム5の下部にネジ止めさ
れている。次に、本実施形態に係る商品収納コラム5及
び商品シュート8の商品収納庫3への取り付け方法を図
2及び図3を参照して説明する。まず、図3に示すよう
に、連結部材9の連結金具91を予めシャフト貫通穴8
2に対応する位置にネジ94で固着しておく。次いで、
商品収納コラム5の下部と商品シュート8の上部を位置
合わせして上下に重ね、シャフト貫通穴82の内側にシ
ャフト貫通片95の両端が対応するよう位置合わせす

を商品収納庫3の吊しレール32に引っ掛け、この商品
収納コラム5を商品収納庫3の奥に押し込む。しかる
