The fingertip is not directly touched by the finger. After use, the injection needle is again capped, or only the injection needle is removed and discarded. However, after removing the cap of the injection needle, the fingertip is often erroneously stabbed while the needle tip is exposed until the needle is recaptured and discarded. When the injected patient is a carrier of hepatitis virus or the like, the infection is transmitted. Therefore, the prevention measures have become a serious problem among clinical personnel.

After using the syringe, there is a problem until the syringe is discarded in the processing container. After use, if the injection needle can be stored inside the syringe by an operation that does not cause the injection needle to stick to the fingertip, infection can be prevented. Furthermore, considering that the final processing is completed after many manual operations even after the medical personnel throws it away in the processing container, the injection needle is stored inside the syringe, and at the same time, the mounting hole for the injection needle at the tip of the syringe is inserted. It is necessary to close the needle so that the blood and the like of the patient adhering to the needle tip do not leak outside.

A mechanism is shown in which a plastic syringe is combined with about 10 complicatedly shaped plastic molded parts, and a mechanism for moving a syringe needle in and out by utilizing the force of a spring. This is because when using the needle that was stored inside the syringe before use, the syringe needle pops out from the tip of the syringe and is automatically attached by pushing in the needle (cucumber) of the syringe and sucks the injection solution. After the patient is injected, the lock is released and the needle is stored inside the syringe by the force of the spring when the suction rod is further pushed in. Further, the injection needle once stored after use is prevented from coming out again even if the suction needle is pushed in.

However, since the degree of deformation cannot be increased due to the structure, there is a danger that the injection needle easily comes out to the outside when the component fixing the injection needle moves slightly. Further, it is difficult to completely seal the mechanism portion, and the injection solution may enter the portion. Furthermore, the number of parts is large, the shape is complicated, and there are many parts that require delicate preparation during assembly.

構も大幅に簡略化できる筈である。Considering not only infections such as hepatitis virus, but also fingertip injuries as a safety measure in handling the injection needle, the injection needle is stored inside the syringe before use, and one-touch injection at the time of use. Ideally, a needle is attached, and it can be stored inside again with one touch so that blood or the like of the patient adhered to the needle tip after use does not leak outside. However, it is inevitable that a considerably complicated mechanism is required for this. Considering the degree of injury, a mere stab wound on a fingertip is extremely minor as compared to infection with virus or the like. Therefore, even if the needle is not retracted before use, the needle can be safely stored after use, and the injection needle does not come out again even if a strong force is applied. If blood can be prevented from leaking to the outside, infection can be prevented. Therefore, if only this operation is targeted, the mechanism should be greatly simplified.

FIG. 1 shows a state before use, FIG. 2 shows a state in which an injection solution 29 is sucked into an outer cylinder, and FIG. It shows a state in which the hands are stored. The outer cylinder 1 and the suction tube 2 of the syringe can be widely used as long as they are transparent and do not contain components eluted in the injection solution, similarly to commonly used syringes. Usually, plastic or glass is used. Glass is more chemically stable than plastic, but is difficult and expensive to process into complex shapes, while plastic is easy and inexpensive to mold into complex shapes.
For this reason, recent disposable syringes are almost made of plastic, and the tip of the suction tip is covered with synthetic rubber, natural rubber, or plastic having high elasticity, and a highly airtight structure is often used.

FIG. 9 is a sectional view of a syringe having the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
(a) shows the state where the injection needle is retracted before use and at the end of injection, and (b) shows the state where the injection needle is stored after use. In FIG. 9, a portion 27 where the inner diameter of the outer cylinder changes is provided at a portion where the upper end of the needle tube holding plug 4 contacts the inner surface of the outer cylinder, and the inner diameter of the lower portion, that is, the rear portion is larger than the front portion of the syringe. Accordingly, the distal end 28 of the sucker 2 comes into contact with the outer cylinder at a portion where the inner diameter of the outer cylinder is large, and airtightness is maintained. The needle tube holding plug 4 is airtightly maintained at the packing 23. The small part is in contact with the outer cylinder.

The needle tube holding plug is pushed up by the spring 6. At this time, the spring needs to push up the needle tube holding plug packing 23 against the frictional resistance generated between the inner surface of the outer cylinder and between the tip 28 of the sucker 2 and the inner surface of the outer cylinder. However, if the inner diameter of the rear part is made larger than that of the front part of the outer cylinder by providing a portion 27 whose inner diameter changes on the inner surface of the outer cylinder, the frictional resistance generated between the tip 28 of the sucker and the inner surface of the outer cylinder is increased However, the frictional resistance generated between the packing 23 of the needle tube holding plug and the inner surface of the outer cylinder is greatly reduced.

The needle tube holding plug comes into contact with a portion of the packing 23 where the inner diameter of the outer cylinder is small, so that airtightness is maintained.
When the needle tube holding plug is pushed up by the spring 6,
Until the packing reaches the inner surface 27 of the outer cylinder, frictional resistance is generated between the packing and the inner surface of the outer cylinder. Gaps occur and little friction occurs. Therefore, the frictional resistance generated when pushing up the needle tube holding plug and the sucker is greatly reduced. The state is shown in FIG.
The difference in the inner diameter of the inner surface 27 of the outer cylinder 1 is not particularly limited, but is preferably about 1 mm in a usual syringe.

For the first few moments before the outer cylinder inner surface 27 is reached, the sum of the frictional resistance generated between the packing 23 and the tip 28 of the sucker and the inner surface of the outer cylinder is equal. For most of the period after passing through the portion, the resistance generated between the packing and the inner surface of the outer cylinder almost disappears, and only the frictional resistance generated between the tip 28 of the sucker and the inner surface of the outer cylinder is reduced. Therefore, it is greatly reduced.

Therefore, the spring exerts the greatest repulsion at the moment when the force for holding down the sucker is released and the spring starts to push up the needle tube holding plug and the sucker. At this time, the frictional resistance applied to the spring is the largest, and as described above, the resistance is greatly reduced thereafter, and the repulsive force of the spring is also gradually reduced, so that the spring force can be more effectively used. Therefore, compared to a syringe that does not have a portion 27 whose inner diameter changes on the inner surface of the outer cylinder,
Even small springs can function satisfactorily.

Further, as can be seen from FIG. 10, it is preferable that the distance between the packing 23 and the portion 27 where the inner diameter of the outer cylinder changes is made as short as possible to reduce the frictional resistance when pushing up.

When using a syringe, remove the needle tip cap after sterilization,
The sucker 2 is moved to draw the injection solution 29 into the syringe.
At this time, since the needle tube holding stopper is locked inside the outer cylinder, the injection solution enters between the holding stopper and the tip of the sucker. Further, since the contact portion between the needle tube holding plug and the inner surface of the outer cylinder is kept airtight, the injection solution does not leak and enter between the holding plug and the needle hole closing plug.
