向けて取り付け、傾斜コンベヤの幅のほゞ二分の一の長
さで、往復走行をすると同時に正逆転するコンベヤをこ
のガイドレールに架載して、傾斜コンベヤの幅の範囲を
往復走行させて、傾斜コンベヤの一方の端から他方の端
まで満遍無く生茶葉を投下するようにしてある。又、シ
ューターには分配ローラを取り付けて、生茶葉が送帯蒸
機の仕切り板の上には落ちずにネットコンベヤに載せら
れる構成にしたことにより、上記した目的を達成してい

ており、これらは何れも機枠6に取り付けられていて、
図示しない制御機構により連携して作動して、生茶葉管
理装置から送り込まれる生茶葉を均一、且つ一様に送帯
蒸機に供給するようになっている。先ず、送帯蒸機につ
いて説明すると、このものは幅が1000〜2000mm程度のネ
ットコンベヤ方式の連続蒸機であって、図1及び図2に
示すように、蒸し室91の側壁面として機能する梁92の前
後両端部に左右一対のスプロケット93が取り付けられて
いて、これにチェーン94が懸掛されている。また、この
チェーン94に無端帯状のコンベヤネット95が張設されて
ネットコンベヤになっていて、チェーン94の回転するに
伴ってこれが回転するようになっている。そして、コン
ベヤネット94の上面には覆板96が取り付けられ、その下
面には覆板97が取り付けられていて、これによって蒸し
室91が形成されており、更に、この蒸し室91に蒸気吐出
管98が配設されていて、その噴気孔から蒸気を噴き出し
て、コンベヤネット95に載せられて移送される生茶葉を
蒸し上げるようになっている。送り装置の傾斜コンベヤ
1は、送帯蒸機のコンベヤネット15とほゞ同一の幅であ
り、機枠6の始端側の低位と、先端側の上位との間に傾
斜して取り付けられており、その始端部の上方に投下装
置が設けられていて、この投下装置から投下される生茶
葉を先端にまで運び上げて、そこから落下させるように
なっている。又、傾斜コンベヤ1の上面には掻き均し爪
2が設けられていて、投下装置から投下された生茶葉が
絡み合って、コンベヤ1上で他のものよりも厚くなった
ものを、これが掻き均して全体を一様の厚みにするよう
になっている。シューター3は、傾斜コンベヤ1とほゞ
同一の幅の樋状に形成されており、その上端は傾斜コン
ベヤ1の上端部の、生茶葉が落下する位置に開口し、下
端は送帯蒸機のネットコンベヤの始端部に臨んでいて、
傾斜コンベヤ1から落下する生茶葉をネットコンベヤに
導くようになっている。分配ローラ31は、送帯蒸機のネ
ットコンベヤの幅が広くて、蒸し室91が仕切り板99によ
って仕切られているものである場合にシューター3に取
り付けるもので、仕切り板99の上位に位置していて、仕
切り板99の上に落下しようとする生茶葉をその側縁から
滑り落として、これを仕切り板99の上には落下させない
ようする。即ち、この分配ローラ31は、上面が半円筒状
に形成されされており、その支軸がクランク機構32を介
して駆動モータ33に接続されていて、適度な速度で左右
に45〜60°程度往復廻動するようになっている。従っ
て、傾斜コンベヤ1から仕切り板99の上に落ちようとす
る生茶葉は、この運動によって分配ローラ31の側縁から
滑り落ちて、仕切り板99の上には落ちずに送帯蒸機のネ
