反転位置を通過した棒状ワークを排出すべく位置決めさ
れた棒状ワークに対し進退移動可能に設けられた排出装
置とで構成することにより、ワークの位置決めが正確か
つ容易となり搬送装置の構造が簡単でしかも搬送時間の
短縮を容易に達成することができる等の優れた効果を有
する。

られた検出装置と、この検出装置により検出された棒状
ワークの端部形状が異状の場合にこれを位置決めされた
歯溝内の棒状ワークを吸引把持して反転駆動するワーク
反転装置と、ワーク反転位置を通過した棒状ワークを排
出すべく搬送位置決めされた棒状ワークに対し進退移動
可能に設けられた排出装置とで構成し、前記各装置を両
歯付タイミングベルトの近傍に搬送方向に沿って等間隔
に配設することを特徴とする丸物棒状ワークの搬送装
置。
