Use as follows: In the mirror polishing work of the painted surface,
First, a polishing member 2 made of a polyurethane sponge having a central hole 3 formed in a central portion is mounted on a drive shaft 7 of the main body 1 of the polishing machine. Next, the cylindrical cap 2 provided on the head portion
5 and the cartridge 19 filled with the liquid abrasive 24
And the motor case 15 is fitted to the front side opening 20 and connected to the opening 18 of the drive shaft 7. Then, the cap 25 is attached to the housing case 29 from behind the cartridge 19, and compressed air is connected to the joint 35. In this state, if the switch 31 is input with the polishing surface 4 of the polishing member 2 facing the workpiece, the compressed air is
2 and into the inside of the cap 25, the cartridge 1
The liquid abrasive 24 is forced into the passage 9 of the drive shaft 7 by pressing the bottom body 22 behind the 9. Then, the liquid abrasive 24 is further urged by the narrow passage 9, pushes and opens the sphere 10 of the valve 13 provided in the passage 9 and opened only in one direction, and squirts vigorously from the nozzle 14 at the tip to apply it to the workpiece. Be worn.
When the switch 31 is turned off, the valve 13 is closed and the ejection of the abrasive is stopped. Since the compressed air on the rear side of the cartridge remains in the passage 32, the necessary amount can be quickly increased at any time, regardless of whether the abrasive member is rotating sideways or upward with respect to the workpiece. Can be applied to The application amount at this time is controlled by the pressure control valve 33. The nozzle 14 can be replaced with one having various shapes depending on the type or use of the liquid abrasive or the abrasive member to be used. For example, liquid wax may be directly applied to the surface to be polished, or the polishing member may be impregnated by changing the discharge direction of the nozzle. Further, if the polishing member and the nozzle are integrated, it can be applied to various uses. For example, a plurality of discharge holes for a liquid abrasive are formed in a roll brush for polishing the inner surface of a pipe. When taking out the cartridge 19 by using up the liquid abrasive, the switch 31 is turned off, the exhaust valve 34 is opened, the residual pressure inside the cap 25 is discharged to the outside, and then the cap is opened. There is no recoil due to internal pressure. The cartridge may be replaced with a new one containing the liquid abrasive, or only the liquid abrasive may be refilled. When refilling the liquid abrasive, the cartridge 19 is removed and the front opening 2 is removed.
The injection may be performed after pushing the bottom body 22 back to the end of the cartridge 19 from zero. According to the present invention, since the container containing the liquid abrasive and the polishing machine are integrated, it is simple,
There is no mixing of dust and dirt, and the lid is not released, so that the abrasive does not dry and harden. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of scratches caused by scratches caused by the storage state of the conventional liquid abrasive. In addition, since the abrasive can be discharged even when the polishing member is rotating, the operation of the polishing machine does not need to be stopped during the operation as in the prior art.
This is an apparatus that can apply an abrasive at any time and can shorten the working time. Further, by replacing the polishing member or the liquid abrasive according to the application, it can be applied not only to the painted surface but also to any polishing of metal and nonmetal.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing the structure and operation of this embodiment. 1
Is a main body of a polishing machine driven by an air motor, and a cartridge described later containing an abrasive is provided in a head portion. Reference numeral 2 denotes a polishing member, which has a polishing surface 4 with a central hole 3 formed in the center of a disc-shaped sponge body. Polishing member 2
Is mounted on a drive shaft 7 of a motor 6 which is eccentrically rotated via a pad 5 provided with a hook-and-loop fastener.
Reference numeral 8 denotes a weight for stabilizing rotation. The drive shaft 7 is
A passage 9 having a hollow shaft through which a liquid abrasive described later passes.
A valve 13 is provided in the passage 9 so that the sphere 10 is pressed by an appropriate tension of the spring 11 to be in close contact with the O-ring 12 to be closed and open only in one direction. A nozzle 14 is provided at the tip of the drive shaft 7, and the nozzle 14 is attached with a screw so that the nozzle 14 can be replaced with one having various shapes depending on the type or use of the liquid abrasive or the abrasive member. Further, the drive shaft 7 is fastened to a motor case 15 on the upper side of the motor 6 by a retainer 17 having a sealing property via a bearing 16, and an opening 18 is provided therein. Reference numeral 19 denotes a cylindrical cartridge which is connected to the opening 18 of the drive shaft 7.
Insert the front opening 20 into the convex portion of the motor case 15
A slidable bottom body 22 fitted through a ring 21 and inserted through a rear opening 23 forms a bottom portion, and is filled with a liquid abrasive 24. Reference numeral 25 denotes a cap, and a groove 27 is provided radially from the center on the inner bottom wall 26. When the cap 25 is put on the cartridge 19 and attached to the housing case 29 via the O-ring 30 by screws. At the same time, the bottom wall 26 presses the peripheral portion 28 to fix the cartridge 19. In order to introduce compressed air into cap 25, cap 2
An appropriate distance is provided between the inner diameter of the cartridge 5 and the outer diameter of the cartridge 19, a passage 32 communicating with the groove 27 and the switch 31 is formed, and the compressed air pressure control valve 33 and the switch 31 are integrally mounted. The pressure control valve 33 is not necessarily integrated with the switch 31 but may be a separate body. 34 is a cap 2
5 is an exhaust valve. When the exhaust valve 34 uses up the liquid abrasive during the operation and replaces the cartridge 19, the pressure by the compressed air is applied to the bottom body 22, and it is dangerous to open the cap 25 forcibly in this state. This is for discharging the compressed air remaining inside the cap before opening. Then, in order to remove the residual pressure in the cap 25, the compressed air connected to the joint 35 is removed, and then the switch 31 is opened, which can be removed, but this is troublesome. Therefore, even if compressed air is connected to the joint 35, the residual pressure can be easily discharged to the outside simply by operating the exhaust valve 34. In this embodiment, the compressed air for pressing the bottom body 22 is introduced into the cap from the switch 31 via the passage 32. However, instead of the passage 32, a tube 36 is extended from the switch 31 and introduced. May be configured. Further, the cartridge may be mounted in a screw type, and a cap connected to the switch via a tube may be attached to a rear portion of the cartridge. Of course, also in this case, it is desirable to provide an exhaust valve for discharging the residual pressure of the compressed air.
Further, in addition to this example, a configuration may be adopted in which the cartridge is provided in any of the grinder bodies and is connected to the passage 9 of the drive shaft in some manner.
