In [0008] the conventional horizontal centrifugal casting machine, because provided at the tip of the runner 3 sprue 4 is arranged substantially horizontally, during casting the casting molten metal 6 The flow becomes a parabolic falling flow,
As a result of turbulence when the metal collides with the inner surface of the mold 5, air is entrained, or the inner surface of the mold 5 is damaged by the collision of the molten cast metal 6 with the inner surface of the mold 5, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Since the molten metal 6 is poured almost vertically into the mold, a rapid acceleration in the circumferential direction of the mold acts on the molten metal. As a result, the molten molten metal before solidification is disturbed, and slag,
There is a problem that casting defects occur due to entrainment of sand, flux, and the like. To address these issues,
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, in order to bring the gate 4 of the other end 1 b of the casting gutter 1 closer to the inner surface of the mold 5 that rotates downward, the casting gutter 1 is inclined. Although it is conceivable to dispose, the molten cast metal 6 cast from the pouring gate 4 is exposed to the rotating airflow A generated inside the mold 5, and as a result, the flowing speed of the molten cast metal 6 and the peripheral speed of the inner surface of the mold 5 are reduced. If there is a difference,
It is not easy to adjust the position of the pouring gate 4 so that the flow of the molten cast metal 6 is further disturbed and the molten cast metal 6 is allowed to flow down along the inner surface of the mold 5 exactly. Further, there is a new problem that it is not easy to adjust the flow speed to the peripheral speed of the inner surface of the mold 5 while maintaining the casting speed.

A first feature of the present invention for the above object is to form a first curved portion in which a runner at the other end is curved downward, and a gate is formed. The straight part provided at one end side of the runner is provided facing downward in the axial direction of the mold.
So that the gate is close to the inner surface of the mold.
It is allowed in a point that is configured to Soleil by (claim 1
Corresponding to). Thus, the cast molten metal that is Soleil from sprue, the inner surface of the mold by appropriately setting the radius of curvature of the runner of Ikomitoi, on leaving the sprue is not disturbed in a fluidized state
It can be guided smoothly downward along the direction, and it is possible to prevent a sudden change in the direction of the flow of the molten metal, so that the pouring gate is located at a suitable position while maintaining the casting speed of the molten metal. Further, if the flow rate of the molten metal in the runner is controlled, it is possible to easily adjust the flow rate of the cast molten metal flowing out of the gate. As a result, entrainment of air is eliminated, and casting is performed at a suitable position along the inner surface of the mold at a flow rate of the molten metal corresponding to the rotational speed of the mold, while preventing damage to the runner of the casting gutter. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of casting defects due to entrapment of slag, sand, flux and the like during casting.

[0007] In addition, the straight portion provided on the one end side of the runner is disposed obliquely in a plan view with respect to the axial direction of the mold, and the pouring device is mounted on the inner surface of the mold. It is more preferable that the mold is configured to be relatively movable with respect to the mold in the longitudinal direction of the mold in a close state (corresponding to claim 3). With this configuration, the deflection angle of the second curved portion can be reduced, and the bending of the runner can be reduced, so that the influence on the flow of the molten metal in the runner can be suppressed. The fluid force exerted on the inner surface of the mold can be suppressed. As a result, damage to the mold and occurrence of casting defects can be more easily prevented.

The hopper is eccentric about a vertical axis and reciprocally driven to rotate so that the direction of the linear portion can be changed from the oblique direction in plan view to the axial direction in plan view with respect to the axial direction. It is even better if the casting device is provided as much as possible (corresponding to claim 4). If the hopper is eccentrically rotated about a vertical axis, it can be moved according to the shape of the tip of the casting gutter. It can be moved to a suitable position, and when the casting gutter enters or leaves, even if there is a bend in the runner at the spout, the spout can enter and exit the casting spout without any obstacle. As a result, regardless of the size of the mold, casting in which the occurrence of casting defects is prevented is enabled.

The casting gutter 1 has one end 1a side connected to the hopper 2 and a molten metal supply port 2a of the hopper 2 connected to the runner 3 of the casting gutter 1. A gate 4 is provided at the other end 1b end of the gutter 1. Further, a first curved portion 3b is formed by curving the runner 3 on the other end 1b side downward, and the gate 4 is formed downward, and the first curve of the runner 3 is formed. A second curved portion 3c formed by further curving the runner 3 toward the side where the inner surface of the mold 5 rotates downward is formed on the one end 1a side of the portion 3b. It is easy to approach the inner surface of. The curvature of the runner 3 of the first curved portion 3b and the second curved portion 3c is set within a range in which the flow of the molten metal flowing therethrough is not disturbed. In addition, the limit value of the range is determined by the hydrodynamic characteristic value that varies depending on the type of molten metal flowing inside, the temperature, etc., and the range of the curvature is determined based on the type, temperature, etc. of the expected cast metal. The curvature is determined according to the range, and the curvature is determined within the range. As a result of opening the gate 4 downward, when casting the gate with the gate 4 approaching the inner surface of the mold 5, the molten cast metal 6 flowing down from the gate 4 is moved along the rotation direction of the inner surface. The molten metal 6 is supplied to minimize the change in the flow direction of the molten cast metal 6 so as not to disturb the cast unsolidified molten metal. It is desirable that the flow speed of the molten cast metal 6 is not higher than the rotational peripheral speed of the inner surface, and it is more desirable that there is no difference between the flow velocity and the rotational peripheral speed.

The casting apparatus P moves close to the casting mold 5 during casting, holds the casting gutter 1 in an approaching / retreating posture (see FIG. 1 (b) ), and casts the casting mold 5. Mouth 5
a, the gate 4 is advanced into the mold 5 and the hopper 2 is driven to be eccentrically rotated about a vertical axis.
In the casting position (see FIG. 1 (a) )
Can be cast near the inner surface of the mold 5. Upon completion of the casting, the hopper 2 is again driven to be eccentrically rotated in the reverse direction, the casting gutter 1 is held in the entering and leaving posture, and the pouring gate 4 is withdrawn from the casting port 5a. is there. In the approaching / exiting posture, the casting gutter 1 is connected to the linear portion 3 with respect to the axis C.
a is positioned parallel to the plan view, and after the entry, the eccentric rotation of the hopper 2 causes the linear portion 3a to deflect to the casting position positioned obliquely with respect to the axis C in a plan view, The gate 4 is configured to approach the inner surface of the mold 5. The reason why the linear portion 3a in the casting position is positioned obliquely with respect to the axis C in plan view is to bring the gate 4 as close as possible to the weir forming the casting port 5a. It is what it was. Therefore, the provision of the second curved portion 3c allows the molten metal to be located closer to the weir than before, so that the flow of the molten metal to the casting port 5a side can be reduced as compared with the conventional case. .
As a result, casting defects generated on the casting side can be reduced.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. <1> In the above embodiment, the casting gutter 1 is flange-connected to the hopper 2. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the casting gutter 1 is connected to the molten metal supply port 2a of the hopper 2.
A fitting portion may be provided in the portion to perform fitting connection. In order to form this fitting portion, a fitting portion may be provided in the molten metal supply port 2a to fit the one end 1a side of the casting gutter 1 into the molten metal supply port 2a. A portion may be provided so that the one end 1a side is fitted to the protruding portion. The connection is not limited to these, and any connection form such as connection using a screw can be adopted. In short, the molten metal supply port 2a and the casting gutter 1
It is sufficient that the hot water path 3 is securely connected. <2> As shown in FIG. 4, the casting gutter 1 may include only the straight portion 3a and the first curved portion 3b . In the drawing, (a) shows the casting posture, and (b) shows the approaching / leaving posture. Further, the straight portion 3a may be further provided with a third curved portion. In short, the gate 4 is opened downward and can be positioned close to the inner surface of the mold. I just need. <3> In the above embodiment, the hopper 2 is eccentrically supported around a vertical axis. However, the eccentric support may be a support method other than the shaft support. Note that the linear portion 3a is supported so as to be reciprocally rotatable from a posture parallel to the axis C in a plan view to a posture oblique in a plan view. It may be in the oblique direction. <4> The approach / retreat attitude may be such that the linear portion 3a is positioned obliquely with respect to the axis C in plan view. May be positioned parallel to the plane view. In short, the two positions are such that the gate 4 of the casting gutter 1 smoothly enters from the casting port 5a, moves to a position close to the inner surface of the mold 5, and further smoothly exits from the casting port 5a. Any posture is acceptable. <5> In the above embodiment, casting is performed with the casting port 5a side as a casting side, and the position of the gate 4 is fixed and cast with the other end side of the mold 5 as a tip side. However, the gate 4 may be inserted to the other end side of the mold 5 and retreated to the one end side while casting the metal. The casting may be performed while moving from the 5a side to the other end side. <6> The mold 5 is not specified, and the present invention can be applied to any horizontal centrifugal casting mold.
