I have to do it. Therefore, the riser is configured to be bent from the middle so that the lower end of the riser does not interfere with the steps on the return side.
However, the structure in which half of the height of the riser is bent complicates the bending structure and must be moved downward while bending, which complicates the operation. However, there is a problem that the height of the main frame must be larger than the height of the main frame of a general escalator device so that the steps on the return side do not interfere.

Further, since the inclined step board has a small inclination angle, the lower end of the riser does not protrude toward the return side of the step even if the riser is not bent, so that the configuration and operation of the inclined step board can be simplified.

Has a length in contact with Although the inclination angle of the inclined step board 17 is regulated by the projection of the step board support rod 20, if the step board support rod 20 does not project for any reason, the regulation of the inclination of the inclined step 17 is restricted. Without this, the lower end of the riser 17R moves further downward beyond the guide rail 9B. In order to eliminate such inconvenience, a stopper 26 is provided on the inner wall body 18W so that the slope of the inclined tread 17 stops at a position where the lower end of the riser 17R of the inclined tread 17 does not project below the guide rail 9B. Steps 4 and 5 are the floor 1P of the lower floor 1D
Stop at a position close to. The stop position is the horizontal section a of the guide rails 9A and 9B in the specific step 4, and there is no step between the specific step 4 and the subsequent normal step 3. However, the specific step 5 has already entered the concave curved section b of the guide rails 9A and 9B, and has stopped at a position higher than the specific step 4 following the step H.
1 is in a state where it occurs. At that time, usually the step 3 Yuku previous special step 5 has entered the inclined section c, predetermined step H 2 is generated which occur during normal operation between the special step 5. In this case, step plate usually the step 3 following the special step 4 are L 1 size exposed from the distal end of the landing floor 1P. The L 1 dimension, the movable step plate 10C of the tread extension step board 10 to be described later
When the vehicle is deployed, it is overlapped on the floor 1P, so that there is no large gap between the floor 1P and the floor 1P. The specific step 4 and the subsequent normal step 3 are the same as those of a general escalator device. This is the same as a state in which approximately one and a half treads are connected horizontally from the landing floor 1P.

By connecting this power supply, the drive 1
6 is driven to operate the lifting mechanism 12 to expand the tread surface
Increase 0. Due to this rise, as shown in FIG.
The movable step board 10A is turned 180 degrees by the deployment mechanism including the deploying arm 13, the connecting link 14, and the connecting pin 15 to form a horizontal wheelchair mounting surface with the movable step board 10B. At this time, the movable tread 10C is inclined so as to be in contact with the floor 1P, as shown in FIG. 3, to facilitate the loading of the wheelchair 27. Incidentally, if the front wheel 27F of the wheelchair can easily get over the movable tread 10C when the wheelchair is carried in, the movable tread 1 is not necessarily required.
There is no need to contact 0C with the floor 1P. Also, increased dimensions H 3 tread extension step board 10 is reversed deployed movable tread plate 10A
There boarding floor 1P to a dimension of the height H 4 can be secured without contact, special step 4 in this dimension the stop position,
It is substantially equal size as the step H 1 between 5.

While pulling it toward the center of the step. The operation of the tread plate support rod 20 causes the small gear 2
The tilt maintaining arm 24 is moved via the rack 2 and the rack 25, and its tip 24E is projected from the surface of the riser 17R, so that the base 4B after the tread-extended tread 10 of the specific step 4 located on the lower side is raised. On the upper surface 4P. On the other hand, the leading end 20E is pulled out from the engaging hole 18H provided in the inner wall body 18W of the narrow tread plate 18 by the pulling of the tread plate support rod 20, so that the inclined tread plate 17 loses the horizontal support force and the support shaft 19 is moved. It becomes possible to rotate (tilt) as a center. However, the inclination maintaining arm 24 is mounted on the base 4 of the specific step 4.
Since it is engaged with the upper surface 4P of B, the inclined tread 17 is not inclined and is maintained horizontal.

The vehicle enters the inclined section c shown in FIG.
At this time, the predetermined step H 2 is produced in normal operation between the step board of each footstep 3,4,5, between the said special step 4, 5 of the wheelchair transfer operation, the movable tread plate 10A, 10B
Since There has been an increased H 3 dimensions, the movable tread plate 10A, 1
Step between the narrow step plate 18 of the special step 5 and 0B becomes H 5 dimensions. The H 5 dimension, [H 2 - (H 3 + movable tread plate 10A
Thickness)]]. Then, the slope maintaining arm 24 at the tip of the inclined step board 17 follows the upper surface 4P of the base 4B of the specific step 4 with respect to the spread of the step between the specific steps 4 and 5 from the concave curved section b to the inclined section c. Descend. Inclined step board 17 by the lowering of the inclination maintaining arm 24 is tilted about the support shaft 19, the step of H 5 dimensions between the riser end of narrow step plate 18 of the special step 5 and the riser end of the inclined tread plate 17 make. Incidentally, the inclination of the inclined tread plate 17, but the lower end of the riser 17R continuing to move downward by H 5 dimensions, since the reduced H 5 dimensions by raising the movable tread plate 10A, the 10B, descent amount It can be made smaller and does not descend beyond the guide rail 9B. by this,
Riser side end (inclined lower end) of the inclined tread 17 and the movable tread 1
OB is held at substantially the same position. Therefore, a large gap does not occur between the inclined tread 17 and the movable tread 10B, so that clothes and the like can be prevented from being caught and the wheelchair 27 on which the movable treads 10A and 10B are ridden.
Even if the front wheel 27F is on a business trip to the specific step 5 side (FIG. 11),
There is no interference, and the wheelchair 27 can be stably transported. Further, even when the height of the footrest 28 of the wheelchair 27 is as low as the height of the footrest 28 'shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 11, interference can be avoided.

When entering through the inclined section c of the convex piece sections d and horizontal section e upstairs floor side, as shown in FIG. 12, the movable tread plate 10B there H 5 dimensions inclined section c step of special step 5 But,
Since almost no longer exists, the inclination maintaining arm 24 rises following the upper surface 4P of the base 4B of the specific step 4, and holds the inclined step board 17 horizontally. At this point, there is no step between the specific step 5 and the normal step 3 preceding it, and the step between the narrow step 11 of the specific step 4 and the narrow step of the specific step 5 is at the lower entrance. at a position almost the same as the H 1 dimension at the stop position, the step sequence is stopped.

By this connection of the power source, the driving device 21 of the specific step 5 shown in FIG.
Is engaged with an engagement hole 18H provided in the inner wall 18W of the narrow tread plate 18 to maintain the inclined tread plate 17 horizontal. At the same time, the inclination maintaining arm 24 is retracted to release the engagement with the specific step 4.
After the inclination maintaining arm 24 is retracted from the base 4B of the specific step 4 or during the retraction, the driving device 16 of the specific step 4

The sloping tread plate 32 is composed of a remaining portion surrounded on three sides on both sides in the width direction and on the upper side in the traveling direction. In this manner, by reducing the length of the inclined tread 32 in the traveling direction, the inclination angle can be increased even if the amount of downward movement of the riser 32R is the same as in the above-described embodiment. The rear wheel can be effectively stopped.
