Description of the Related Art The inventor of the present invention has formed spiral grooves having a predetermined pitch on the surface of a cylindrical body, and made small protrusions erected in the grooves at appropriate intervals. A mixer device was proposed in which two or more liquids to be mixed were introduced from one side and a mixed liquid was obtained from the other end (Japanese Patent Application No. 9-43054). This device can obtain a good mixing state even if the specific gravity difference and viscosity difference of the liquid to be mixed are large, but the injection pressure of the liquid to be mixed is relatively high, and when used for a long time, small projections may occur depending on the liquid to be mixed. Solids are liable to accumulate on the roots, and there is a disadvantage that it takes a long time to remove the accumulation by washing with a commonly used washing liquid. It is considered that the reason for this is that the root of the small protrusion that stands upright in the groove is in close contact with the groove bottom, so that the flow at the groove bottom is blocked.

A spiral groove having a predetermined pitch is formed, and a baffle plate in which the upper end does not reach the top of the groove wall and the lower end does not reach the bottom of the groove is held at a predetermined angle with respect to the flow direction in the groove and connected in the spiral groove. It has been done. The corners in the groove of the baffle plate refer to both the elevation angle and the plane twist angle. The baffle plate connecting body is held in the groove so as to form a liquid flow passage gap on both sides or at least one side in addition to the bottom, and adjacent baffle plates are alternately twisted in the opposite direction to form a groove in the groove. It is preferable to be provided so as to disturb the liquid flow.
The shape of each baffle plate can be determined in the form of small hooks or tongues in consideration of the elevation angle and torsion angle in the groove, and a plate or wire can be used as the connecting means. If a thin plate is cut and bent, it can be manufactured at low cost. Both ends of the baffle plate connecting body are directly and detachably fixed in the groove by screws or the like.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a cylindrical block housed and held in the hollow space 1a of the cylindrical casing, and has supporting projections 11, 11 formed at both ends, and is detachably fitted and supported in the cylindrical casing. The inlets 3, 4 do not need to be provided in the circumferential tangent direction of the column base 10a, and may be at any position. G is a gap between the peripheral surface 12 of the cylindrical block and the inner wall of the casing, and serves as an axial surface flow passage. The passage gap G of the surface flow is 5/100 to 20/100 mm when both liquids to be mixed are high-viscosity liquids such as resin liquids, and 1/100 to 5/10 when the liquids to be mixed are low-viscosity liquids such as solvents.
0 mm. The size of the cylindrical block 10 varies depending on the flow rate and viscosity of the mixed solution, for example, a diameter of 30φ,
The length and the cross-sectional area of the spiral groove 13 are 50-150 mm in length, and the shape and cross-sectional area of the spiral groove 13 are ordinary coarse screws, the groove angle is 60 °, the depth is about 7 mm, and the pitch P is 9 mm. 15 is a stainless steel baffle plate connecting body accommodated in the groove, 16 is a baffle plate,
Reference numeral 17 denotes a connecting member made of a wire or a plate. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the baffle plate 16 holds the liquid passage 20 between a helical flow in the groove at a predetermined angle, for example, an elevation angle of 30 ° to 60 °, a torsion angle, and the groove inner wall 13a. Is wound and accommodated at both ends. FIG. 6 shows a baffle plate connecting body before molding, which is formed by laser cutting a stainless steel sheet into a predetermined shape and bending it at a predetermined angle from the bending line 18 in order to reduce the manufacturing cost. When the spiral groove pitch P is 7 to 10 mm, the width W of the connecting member is 5 to 7 mm.

The superficial flow and the spiral flow are substantially orthogonal to each other, and, of course, are mixed as they flow. However, the spiral flow is disturbed each time the liquid flows through the liquid passage 20 while being distributed in the upper, lower, left, and right directions by the baffle plate 16. Then, the disturbance sucks the surface flow or becomes a part of the surface flow to promote mixing. When the direction of the spiral flow with respect to the baffle plate 16 is a solid arrow in FIG. 5, a flow due to the left or right twisting of the baffle plate and a downward flow are generated. Since the flow is generated, the mixing effect does not change regardless of the direction of accommodation. If solids accumulate on the fixed portions at both ends due to long-term use, the set screws can be removed and disassembled for easy cleaning.

The baffle plate connecting body 15 was fixed as shown in FIG. 3 and the cylindrical block 10 was fixed in the casing 1 with a gap G = 0.97 mm. This device has a viscosity of 1200
A liquid of cps is supplied at 6 cc / sec and viscosity is 150 c
When the ps B liquid was continuously supplied at 2 cc / sec for 10 minutes, a mixed liquid was obtained at an injection pressure of 3 kg / cm 2 or less. After the washing solution was allowed to flow for 30 minutes, the washing solution was disassembled and the interior was examined.

る。According to this apparatus, the injection pressure of the liquid to be mixed can be reduced to half or less of that of the conventional apparatus, and the solid content does not accumulate inside, so that the washing time can be reduced. Furthermore, the improvement of the mixing performance eliminates the necessity of the premixing chamber on the injection side and the liquid collection cone on the discharge side, which are conventionally required, and has the effect of reducing the size of the apparatus.
