Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a structure as shown in FIG. 5 for a structure of a connected body of nails on which a plurality of nails are mounted. The connecting body 20 includes a long belt body 21 and a head 23 of a nail 23.
a nail holding portion 22 for holding a body portion 23b of the nail 23 on the a side and the tip side 23c. The nail holding portions 22 are formed integrally with the belt body 21 at both longitudinal edges of the belt body 21. The nail holding portion 22 has a circular holding hole 24 for holding the nail 23 in contact with the body portion 23b, and an insertion groove 25 into which the body portion 23b is inserted when the nail 23 is mounted on the nail holding portion 22. Are provided. [0005] The insertion groove 25 is provided so as to be continuous with the holding hole 24 and is formed so as to reach the outer edge 22 a of the nail holding portion 22.
The width of the insertion groove 25 on the outer edge portion 22a side is substantially equal to the diameter of the body portion 23b, and the width of a portion connected to the holding hole 24 is 1 / to 3 of the diameter of the body portion 23b. It has become about.
The belt body 21 and the nail holding portion 22 are formed of a flexible soft resin or the like, and the diameter of the holding hole 24 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the body portion 23b. When the nail 23 is mounted on the nail holder 22, when the trunk 23b passes through the insertion groove 25, the insertion groove 25 and the holding hole 24 are once deformed in a direction in which they are pushed and spread. Then, when the body 23b is fitted into the holding hole 24, the nail holding portion 22 attempts to return to the original shape. As a result, the head 23
The body 23b of the nail 23 is sandwiched between the wall surfaces of the holding holes 24 on the a side and the tip 23c side, and the nail 23 is held by the connecting body 20. The nails 23 are held in parallel in an inclined manner along the belt body 21. [0005] However, when an operator carries the connector 20 having the nails 23 mounted thereon as shown in FIG. 5 or loads the connector into a nailing machine, the connector 20 is bent. And a nail holder 2 for holding a trunk 23b on the side of the head 23a.
2 and a nail holder 2 for holding a trunk 23b on the tip 23c side
In some cases, the relative position with respect to 2 may deviate from a predetermined position. Then, there is a possibility that the body portion 23b of the nail 23 may pass through the insertion groove 25 and come off from the nail holding portion 22 due to a shift in the relative position of each nail holding portion 22. In particular, tip 2
In the nail holding portion 24 on the 3c side, there is a problem that the deformation due to the bending becomes large, and the trunk portion 23b is easily detached from the nail holding portion 22. [0006] Some nails 23b of the nail 23 have an annular or spiral groove. This annular or spiral groove is used for a nail 2 driven into a wall or the like by a nailing machine.
3 is provided so as not to be pulled out from the wall surface or the like. However, when the nail 23 having the above-described groove formed in the body 23b is attached to the connecting body 20 in a state of being inclined along the belt body 21, the edge of the wall surface of the holding hole 24 has the groove. There is a portion that contacts the peak and a portion that fits into the groove valley. As a result, there is a problem that the stability of the nail 23 attached to the connecting body 20 is deteriorated, and a problem occurs when the nail 23 is driven by the nailing machine. In order to solve the above problems, according to the present invention, a nail is provided at both ends of a long belt in the longitudinal direction at the head side of the nail and at the tip side of the nail. a pair of nail holding portion for holding the body portion in the coupling body of flexible nails that are continuously provided, and in the above nail holder is provided with holding holes for holding the body of the nail, the tip-side holding portion The holding hole is formed so as to partially press and hold the body of the nail, and is provided so as to cause stress concentration when a load is applied to the held nail.
The distal end side holding portion is provided with a thin portion extending toward the outer edge of the nail holding portion, and the thin portion can be broken by the stress concentration. . According to the present invention , the nail body can be held only by the holding hole due to the bending of the holding hole itself when the nail body is inserted into the holding hole. Even if the nail has a ring-shaped or spiral groove formed in the trunk, the holding hole partially presses and holds the nail body, so that the wall surface of the holding hole has a valley of the groove. The area in contact with the portion or the crest of the groove is reduced, and the nail is stably held in the holding hole. [0010] The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the shape of the connector according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The connecting member 1 is formed of a flexible resin material or the like, and has a long belt member 2 and a nail holding portion formed integrally with the belt member 2 at both longitudinal ends of the belt member 2. And 3. The body 4b on the head 4a side or the body 4b on the tip 4c side of the nail 4 is held by the nail holding portion 3 (hereinafter, the body 4b on the head 4a side of the nail 4).
The nail holding part 3 holding b is described as a head side holding part 3a,
The nail holder 3 that holds the body 4b on the tip 4c side of the nail 4 is referred to as a tip holder 3b). The nail 4 whose body 4b is held by the head side holding part 3a and the tip side holding part 3b.
Is inclined with respect to the belt body 2. FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the shape of the distal end side holding portion 3b of the connector according to the first embodiment. The distal end side holding portion 3b, and the holding hole 5, and a thin portion 6 which extends towards one of the notch portions 9 from the corner 5a provided on the outer edge of the distal retaining portion 3b of the holding hole 5 Is provided. Further, the outer edges of the side, each notch 17a are engraved. The holding hole 5 has a rectangular shape so as to partially contact the body 4b of the nail 4. The corner 5a connected to the thin portion 6 has an acute angle, and a notch 17b is formed at the opening edge of the holding hole 5 at a position facing the corner 5a.
Are drilled. The other corners 5b are rounded. The thin portion 6 is formed by forming a groove having a V-shaped cross section on both surfaces of the distal-end-side holding portion 3b. FIG. 3 is a plan view showing the shape of the head side holding portion 3a of the connector according to the first embodiment. The head side holding part 3a has a holding hole 7 and a head side holding part 3a
And a slit 8 extending toward a notch portion 10 provided at the outer edge portion . The shape of the opening of the holding hole 7 is a circular shape having a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the body portion 4b of the nail 4 as in the case of the conventional connector (hereinafter, the holding hole 7 is simply referred to as the circular hole 7). Described). The notch 17 similar to the tip-side holding portion 3b is also provided in the head-side holding portion 3a.
a, 17b are drilled. When the nail 4 is mounted on the connecting body 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the tip 4c of the nail 4 is first inserted into the circular hole 7 of the head side holding portion 3a. The torso 4b of the nail 4 has a circular hole 7
, The wall surface of the circular hole 7 is pushed and expanded by the body portion 4 b, and a gap is generated in the slit 8 at the head side holding portion 3 a. The head-side holding portion 3a thus deformed attempts to return to the original shape by the elasticity of the head-side holding portion 3a itself, so that the body 4b of the nail 4 is held in the wall of the circular hole 7. It will pass through the circular hole 7. The tip 4c of the nail 4 that has passed through the circular hole 7 is inserted into the holding hole 5 of the tip-side holding portion 3b, and then the trunk 4b of the nail 4 sequentially passes through the holding hole 5. The body 4b is the holding hole 5
When passing through the circular hole 7, the wall surface of the holding hole 5 is pushed and expanded by the body
Is deformed. The tip side holding portion 3b deformed at the portion of the holding hole 7 tends to return to the original shape by the elasticity of the tip side holding portion 3b itself, so that the body 4b of the nail 4 is also held on the wall surface of the holding hole 5. It passes through the circular hole 7 in this state. Then, the head 4a of the nail 4 is attached to the head side holding portion 3a.
When the contact is made, the attachment of the nail 4 to the connector 1 is completed. Next, when the nail 4 attached to the connecting body 1 is separated from the connecting body 1 by driving of a nailing machine, a load is first applied to the upper surface of the head 4a of the nail 4, and the head of the nail 4 4
The lower surface of a presses the head side holding portion 3a. When the head-side holding part 3a is pressed, the wall surface of the circular hole 7 that holds the body part 4b of the nail 4 is further expanded, and the gap generated in the head-side holding part 3a at the slit 8 is also expanded. In such a state, the head-side holding portion 3a itself is easily bent between the notch portion 17b of the circular hole 7 and the notch portion 17a of the outer edge, and the head-side holding portion 3a
Is spread in the direction of the arrow with the slit 8 as a boundary.
Then, in the continuous portion of the circular hole 7 and the slit 8,
When the width of the gap is increased until the width of the gap becomes equal to the diameter of the body 4b, the body 4b of the nail 4 passes through the gap, and the nail 4 separates from the head side holding part 3a (two points in FIG. 3). Indicated by a dashed line). When the nail 4 separates from the head side holding part 3a, the trunk part 4b of the nail 4 passes through the tip side holding part 3b, and the lower surface of the head part 4a contacts the tip side holding part 3b. When the lower surface of the head 4a in contact with the distal-side holding portion 3b presses the distal-side holding portion 3b and stress concentrates on the corner 5a of the holding hole 5, a crack occurs at the tip of the corner 5a. This crack expands along the thin portion 6 as the pressing force of the lower surface of the head 4a on the distal end side holding portion 3b increases. Then, when the crack reaches the notch 9, the tip-side holding portion 3 b breaks at the thin portion 6. After the distal end holding portion 3b is broken at the thin portion 6, when a load is applied to the distal end holding portion 3b by the lower surface of the head 4a, the notch portion 17a is formed similarly to the case of the head side holding portion 3a. , 17b expands the broken portion. When the gap between the broken portion and the continuous portion between the holding hole 5 and the broken portion is expanded until the gap between the broken portion becomes equal to the diameter of the body portion 4b, the body portion 4b of the nail 4 passes through the broken portion and the nail 4
Is detached from the distal end side holding portion 3b (shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2). Thereby, the detachment of the nail 4 from the connector 1 is completed. The connecting member 1 of the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the above, the torso 4b on the head 4a side of the nail 4 may be held by the head side holding portion 3a while holding the torso 4b on the tip 4c side of the nail 4 by the head side holding portion 3a. Alternatively, the nail 4 may be held by unifying the shape of the nail holding portion 3 into the same shape as the distal end holding portion 3b. By configuring the connecting body 1 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, not only the nail 4 but also a screw can be attached to the connecting body 1. Also, the shape of the holding hole is not limited to the shape as in the present embodiment as long as the body of the nail can partially contact the wall surface of the holding hole. Further, the material forming the connecting body of the present embodiment is not limited to a resin material as long as it is a flexible material. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a shape of a connected body of nails according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Also in the present embodiment, the belt body 2 and the nail holding portion 11 constituting the connecting body 1 are formed of a flexible resin material. The nail holding portion 11 formed integrally with the belt body 2 at the longitudinal edge of the belt body 2 is provided with a holding hole 12 whose opening has a substantially cross shape. The nail holding portion 11 has a cross-shaped holding hole 12.
A thin portion 13 is provided extending from one of the ends toward the outer edge 11e of the nail holding portion 11. The end of the holding hole 12 connected to the thin portion 13 has an acute angle (hereinafter, the end of the holding hole 12 connected to the thin portion 13 is referred to as an acute portion 14). A cutout hole 15 is formed in the thin portion 13 between the sharp portion 14 and the outer edge of the nail holding portion 11.
The cutout hole 15 is provided with two corner portions 16. At this time, the tip of one corner 16 faces the tip of the acute corner 14, and the tip of the other corner 16 faces the outer edge 11 e of the nail holder 11. When the nail 4b attached to the holding hole 12 of the nail holding portion 11 is driven by a nailing machine, a crack is first generated at the tip of the acute angle portion 14 by the same operation as in the first embodiment. The crack spreads along the thin portion 13 and reaches a corner 16 which faces the acute corner 14. As a result, the nail holding portion 11 is broken between the holding hole 12 and the hole 15. Next, a crack is formed at the tip of the corner 16 which faces the outer edge 11e of the nail holder 11. This crack also spreads along the thin portion 13 and reaches the outer edge 11e. As a result, the nail holding portion 11 is broken between the holding hole 12 and the outer edge 11e. Hereinafter, similarly to the first embodiment, the gap of the broken portion is widened, and the body of the nail 4b passes through the broken portion, whereby the nail 4b is separated from the nail holding portion 11 . In addition, the hole 15 may be provided in the nail holder 3 of the first embodiment. As described above, according to the present invention, the nail holding portion of the nail connecting member is provided with the holding hole which is in partial contact with the nail body, so that the nail body is provided in the holding hole. Due to the bending of the holding hole itself when the part is inserted, the body of the nail can be held only by the holding hole. For this reason, when the worker carries the connected body of nails or loads the connected body of nails into the nailing machine, the nails do not come off from the nail holding portion, and when the nail loaded into the nailing machine is driven. The defect is eliminated. Further, by providing a corner portion in the holding hole and providing a thin portion extending from the corner portion toward the outer edge of the nail holding portion in the nail holding portion, the trunk portion is held in the holding hole. If a load is applied to the nail when driving the nail with a nailing machine, cracks are likely to occur at the corners of the holding holes in the portion connected to the thin portion due to stress concentration at the corners of the holding holes, and further at the corners. The generated crack is likely to spread along the thin portion. As a result, the nail holding portion is easily broken along the thin portion when driving the nail. Then, the nail holding portion after being broken is easily bent by a position facing the corner portion of the opening edge of the holding hole and a cutout provided at a lateral outer edge of the nail holding portion. Therefore, the load required for the nailing machine is reduced to push the gap of the fractured portion to the extent that the body of the nail can pass through, and the nail can be easily detached from the connector.
