Various inorganic and organic stains such as oily smoke, mold, mite, dust, and dust adhere to the details, and especially the RC dust collecting electrodes are electrically stained, which causes the stains to be difficult to remove. Also, in this electrostatic precipitator, if it is not cleaned, the amount of dirt increases in about three months after the dirt starts to be deposited, and the denaturation of the dirt considerably progresses, the adhesion to the base material becomes strong, Becomes On the other hand, parts constituting the pre-filter, the RC dust collecting electrode, the ionizer, etc. of the electric dust collector include, for example, aluminum, tungsten, galvanized steel sheet, polypropylene,
Various materials such as vinyl chloride resin, unsaturated polyester, ABS resin, vinylidene chloride resin, polyamide and polyester are used. Therefore, cleaning agents for electric dust collectors include tobacco tar, oily smoke, mold, mites, dust,
Advanced cleaning of various inorganic and organic dirt such as dust,
Can be removed, does not corrode various materials used for parts of electric precipitators such as aluminum, tungsten, galvanized steel sheet, polypropylene, vinyl chloride resin, unsaturated polyester, ABS resin, vinylidene chloride resin, polyamide, polyester In addition, there is a demand for performance such that there is no difference in cleaning performance even when the water quality changes, and no irritating odor such as solvent odor is generated when used for cleaning.

In order to remove stains, various cleaning agents, for example, (1) a cleaning agent comprising an alkanolamine, a specific glycol ether and a surfactant (Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 50)
No. -40126), a detergent comprising 3-methyl-3-methoxybutanol, a surfactant and an organic cleaning aid (JP-A-54-99106), a specific glycol ether, a specific amine compound and a surfactant (2) Alkali metal metasilicate, alkanolamine, organic anionic surfactant, monohydric aliphatic alcohol and / or specific glycol ether (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-289
No. 697), (3) a detergent comprising sodium or potassium hydroxide, 2-hydroxyethyl iminodiacetic acid salt and a copolymer of isoamylene and maleic anhydride (Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-27397); A detergent comprising sodium hydroxide, an alkali metal salt of nitrilotriacetic acid, and a copolymer of isoamylene and maleic anhydride (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-60358) has been proposed. However, the cleaning agent of (1) has low odor and cleaning ability, and the cleaning agent of (2) has non-corrosiveness and cleaning ability of aluminum or stainless steel base material, and the cleaning agent of (3). The main focus of the present invention is on the chelating ability, the dispersing ability of dirt and the ability to prevent re-adhesion, but there is no mention of the use of the present invention for an electric dust collector. Further, these cleaning agents do not sufficiently satisfy the performance required as the cleaning agent for an electric dust collector.

The cleaning agent of (b) shows the non-breakability of the plastic and the glitter of the surface to be treated, and the cleaning agent of (c) shows the low irritation, the non-corrosiveness of the substrate and the cleaning ability. The cleaning agent mainly focuses on the non-corrosiveness and cleaning ability of the object to be washed, and the cleaning agent (e) mainly focuses on low erosion and cleaning ability of plastics and the like. There is no mention of the use. Also,
These cleaning agents, like the above-mentioned cleaning agents, do not sufficiently satisfy the performance required as a cleaning agent for an electrostatic precipitator. Conventionally, a neutral detergent of a liquid containing a surfactant as a main component, or a liquid alkaline detergent containing a sodium metasilicate, a phosphate and a surfactant as a main component has been used for cleaning an electrostatic precipitator. Have been. However, these conventional cleaning agents for electric precipitators also cannot sufficiently satisfy the performance required as a cleaning agent for electric precipitators. On the other hand, as a cleaning method of a pre-filter, an RC dust collecting electrode, an ionizer, etc. of an electrostatic precipitator, a conventional method of directly spraying a cleaning liquid on an object to be cleaned by using a trigger spray and rubbing the cleaning liquid, or a cleaning liquid contained in a dipping tank. A method has been adopted in which an object to be washed is soaked for a certain period of time and then rubbed. However, each of these methods is extremely troublesome and labor intensive, and furthermore, the R of the electrostatic precipitator is not sufficient.
It has the disadvantage that dirt attached to details such as the C dust collecting electrode and the ionizer cannot be sufficiently removed.

Examples thereof include sodium orthosilicate, sodium disilicate, and sodium sesquisilicate. Of these, anhydrous sodium metasilicate is particularly preferably used from the viewpoints of cleaning performance and corrosion suppression of the object to be cleaned. The silicate is preferably composed of particles having a particle diameter of 250 to 1400 μm from the viewpoints of suppression of foaming during washing and appearance and properties of the powder composition.
Those having a diameter of 720 μm and a bulk density of 1.2 to 1.5 g / cm 3 are preferred. When the silicate is in the range of the particle size distribution described above, the effect thereof can be stabilized over time when an antifoaming agent described below is added. The silicate of the component (A) may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The content is selected within the range of 30 to 60% by weight based on the total weight of the basic composition. If this amount is less than 30% by weight, sufficient cleaning performance and corrosion inhibiting effect are difficult to obtain, and it is economically disadvantageous. If it exceeds 60% by weight, the amount of other components is restricted, and the desired performance is not achieved. Cannot be obtained. From the viewpoints of performance and economy, a particularly preferred content of the silicate is in the range of 40 to 50% by weight based on the total weight of the basic composition.

And salts of hydroxycarboxylic acids such as gluconic acid. Here, examples of the salt include a sodium salt, a potassium salt, an ammonium salt, an alkyl-substituted or alkanol-substituted ammonium salt, and the like. As these organic acid salts, sodium hydroxycarboxylate is particularly preferred from the viewpoints of performance such as washing performance and sequestering performance and economic efficiency. The organic acid salt of the component (B) may be used alone, or two or more kinds may be used in combination. The content is selected in the range of 20 to 40% by weight based on the total weight of the basic composition. If the amount is less than 20% by weight, the desired performance is not sufficiently exhibited, and if it exceeds 40% by weight, the storage stability of the detergent composition tends to decrease. In terms of performance and storage stability of the detergent composition,
A particularly preferred content of this organic acid salt is in the range of 25 to 35%, based on the total weight of the base composition.

Salts such as sodium salt and potassium salt such as N- (2-hydroxyethyl) nitrilodiacetate can be mentioned. Among them, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is preferred from the viewpoints of effects on sequestering performance and economy. Salts and / or nitrilotriacetates are preferred. Since this water-soluble aminopolycarboxylate chelates the hardness component in the washing water, it has an action of causing no difference in washing performance even when the water quality changes. The water-soluble aminopolycarboxylate may be used alone or in combination of two or more. The content of the water-soluble aminopolycarboxylate of the component (C) is 5% based on the total weight of the basic composition.
-15% by weight. If the amount is less than 5% by weight, the chelating effect is not sufficiently exhibited, and 15% by weight.
If it exceeds, the effect is not so much improved for the amount, and it is rather economically disadvantageous. The particularly preferable content of the water-soluble aminopolycarboxylate is in the range of 7 to 12% by weight based on the total weight of the basic composition from the viewpoint of the chelating effect and economy.

As the component (F), a silicone-based antifoaming agent can be blended. There is no particular limitation on the silicone antifoaming agent,
Conventionally known antifoaming agents can be used, but a self-emulsifying silicone antifoaming agent called a compound type is particularly preferable. For example, FS antifoam 544, FS antifoam 001, FS antifoam 0126A, FS Antifoam 81 (manufactured by Dow Corning Asia Co., Ltd.), silicone KS-496A, silicone KS-502, silicone KS-506, silicone KS-530, silicone KS-531, silicone KS-536, silicone KS-537 , Silicone KS-538 (all manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), Y
SA6406, YSA780 (Toshiba Silicone Corporation)
Is easily available as a commercial product. These silicone-based antifoaming agents may be used alone or in combination of two or more. In addition, emulsion-type, oil-type, and powder-type silicone-based antifoaming agents are also used. The amount of the silicone-based antifoaming agent (F) is selected in the range of 0.5 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the basic composition. If this amount is less than 0.5 parts by weight, the effect of adding the silicone-based antifoaming agent is not sufficiently exhibited,
On the other hand, if the amount exceeds 5 parts by weight, the effect is not so much improved relative to the amount, but rather the washing performance is lowered, and it is economically disadvantageous. From the standpoints of foaming suppression effect and economic efficiency, the preferred compounding amount of this silicone-based antifoaming agent is in the range of 1.0 to 3.0 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the basic composition.

They can be appropriately blended. The cleaning composition for an electrostatic precipitator of the present invention preferably contains no organic solvent and is preferably in a powder form. As described above, since it does not contain an organic solvent and is in a powder form, the cleaning composition for an electrostatic precipitator of the present invention does not generate a solvent odor at the time of use, and a sufficient effect can be obtained with a smaller amount than a liquid product. Has the advantage of being In the case of the conventional liquid form, it is usually filled in a plastic container. However, in recent years, the plastic container has problems such as difficulty in decomposing the plastic under natural environment and reduction in the amount of disposal. ing. Furthermore, leakage of contents during transportation or use also poses a problem. For this reason,
Although measures such as increasing the thickness of the plastic container are taken, in this case, it is not preferable because problems such as an increase in the disposal amount and a burden on transportation costs are caused. From such a point, in the case of the powder form as in the present invention, it is possible to use a plastic bag, a paper container, or the like, so that the problem of disposal treatment is reduced, and the small packaging is also facilitated. Another advantage is that there is almost no leakage.

The powder cleaning composition of the present invention is dissolved in water to prepare a cleaning liquid. The concentration at this time is not particularly limited, but generally, the active ingredient is dissolved and used so as to have a concentration of about 0.1 to 2% by weight. Next, the object to be washed, such as a pre-filter of an electric dust collector, an RC dust collecting electrode, and an ionizer, is immersed in the washing solution to perform washing, or the washing solution is batch-type or continuous-type by a nozzle jet type washing machine. Cleaning is performed by, for example, spraying the object to be washed. In particular, when washing is performed by immersion, a method of washing an object to be washed using an ultrasonic cleaner is also preferably exemplified. With such a cleaning method, the pre-filter of the electrostatic precipitator,
Dirt adhering to details such as an RC dust collecting electrode and an ionizer can be completely and easily removed. The powder detergent composition of the present invention is used for an electrostatic precipitator, but can also be applied to the cleaning of oils and grime adhered to hard surfaces such as metals, glasses, ceramics, and plastics.
